The location is near BTS and several Malls and night markets. Room is modern and well kept. The breakfast was absolutely appetizing. Staff were attentive and always engaging.

I love the people, the location was changed twice due to hotel policy, but still with good views. The breakfast was also great, cleaned residence and location is very convenient for moving around the city. Amazing Amazing staffs Changing room is a bit stressful other than that there's no concerns noted.

Hotel location is very strategic - near to BTS station but not noisy at all. There are two 7-11 nearby - very convenient to get quick meal esp breakfast or late night snack. The hotel provides free flow of welcome drinks - much appreciated. Room size is good - just nice for two adult (and maybe one small child). The whole hotel is very clean (room, lobby, elevator...rooftop). The hotel provides iron which is very useful. The guy at the reception is very helpful - provide clear explanation about everything with perfect English. Overall...I would stay here again should I come to Bangkok in the future. small elevator.

location was convenient, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and cozy, bed was soft and nice for a gd sleep provided if u can deal with the ongoing noise + traffic rooms are not sound proof, I could hear slamming of doors and loud chatter along the cooridoor. ongoing construction, loud Aircon compressor is another concern. room nearer to the bts station is a nightmare, I could hear the cars and motorbike until late night, as we all know the traffic in Bangkok. not recommended for light sleepers and with young children. unless solo trip or on a budget perhaps.

Very great location accessible to malls & BTS. House keeping staff cleaned room, bath & toilet & change/arrange bedding too daily. My family ate only twice breakfast during our stay because I am fish eater and it was none of the menu. Great stay in our room. None

Very nice stuff good breakfast and very cleaver securty guy he was very allerted and doing his job very good taking care of evetything. They charged a kind of deposite but I am still not sure it was returned or not.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the bed itself was decent. Unfortunately, we couldn’t actually enjoy it because sleeping was nearly impossible. The most important issue: there is absolutely no soundproofing. Sleeping was a nightmare. The noise from the street was unbearable — loud street traffic, trains, tuk-tuks, and constant sirens throughout the night. It felt like the windows were open the entire time. Rest was impossible. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I travel frequently all over the world. The room was uncomfortably small to the point where we could barely move. The photos on Booking are very deceiving and do not reflect reality. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower design caused water to spill everywhere, making it very uncomfortable to use. The property felt dated and had an unpleasant smell throughout. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

My only concern is the bathroom design. The glass enclosure only covers half of the bathtub/shower area, so water tends to splash out during showers, leaving the floor wet and slippery.

The proximity to MBK & the canal at the back that can be used to go to Pratunam for 11TBath per person. You can also use it to go to go to the airport. The I would strongly recommend upgrading all the room windows to double glazing.
