We didn't like the breakfast. Many options of local cooked food but not enough for the western taste: no cheese at all, no salamy/ham etc., no honey, industrial jam in those territories little plastic packs, you need to spread Nutella or peanut butter on the spot because there is no way to take small quantities to the table...it really wasn't a pleasant breakfast.

It was an awesome stay of one week every thing was superb including breakfast the staff of hotel is very welcoming best and reasonable hotel to stay in city centre walking distance from mbk and many famous malls there are two 7 eleven nearby best to find halal things.. Nothing

Location, cleanliness, convenience with stores and transportation Deadly showers. The tiles are so slippery when wet that if you are not careful you can fall and get seriously hurt.

The hotel is centrally located and has a McDonalds outlet at the ground floor. There are ATMs and money exchangers at the ground floor as well. There is provision for luggage storage, and the staff are very helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice and had a good spread to cater for everyone. The other room types were not available; therefore, we were put in a smoking room. It was unpleasant and full of odor.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Holiday Inn Siam. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, and we were happy that we had rooms beside each other since we had 3 young daughters with us. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was more than decent, well-stocked with all the amenities that you would need. Location was great, price was just right. We also saw from Grab delivery bikes delivering food for midnight snacks, and there’s also a 7-11 nearby if you need something. The McDonald's at the ground floor is also a great place for those that have kids that are picky eaters. The breakfast had a great variety for an Express Holiday Inn. On weekdays, we noticed that there was no bacon being served, but the chefs were nice enough to prepare some for the kids. Getting a table even at peak hours wasn't difficult and the staff were very responsive to our needs. The location is just less than a kilometer from the main intersection that connects most of the malls in Siam (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MGK, etc) so shopping and food choices are very numerous. None, we enjoyed our stay here.
