Receptionist was very rude .

Rhe curtains were not blackout, so it was a bit difficult for me to go to sleep. Also they were a bit rude to my tour guide. Didn't let her wait inside for me. TV is old, doesn't have Netflix, luckily I had my laptop and hdmi cable with me. I asked for laundry service, first they said 600 baht, then offered me another service that was only 180 baht including pick up and deliver to my room.

I am not sure why it is 4 star hotel where it certanikly 3-start hotel no more than that. hotel does not provide breakfast, one of bedrooms did not have any windows and other bedrrom windows is looking into other building

Though I enjoyed nearly everything about this property, I want to celebrate the staff more than anything! They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and constantly friendly. We were helped with our baggage without asking, greeted every day without fail, and they even reheated our food in the microwave for us! It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and the bathroom was large and luxurious. The pool, though an open-aired one, was also clean and once the sun set, we had a comfortable time. The TV is quite old and solely cable, so do not expect a Smart TV, and the location is a little far when walking in the heat. The main entrance is also through an alleyway which can be easy to miss.

We had a great stay at Daraya! The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent air conditioning and a fridge. They provided us with water bottles every day. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to recommend a laundry service for us and assist us with drop-off/pick-up. Our flights were cancelled and we needed to extend our stay and the staff was very helpful with that as well. The location was great--just a short walk from a BTS stop and close to Siam Square, where we ended up spending a lot of time. I have no complaints at all!

It seemed a little old compared to other hotels we stayed in Bangkok for similar price.

The hotel staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly upon arrival. The room was spacious and very clean, with a big comfortable bed and even a Bluetooth speaker, which was a nice touch. Pool was a bit cold in the morning, but I enjoyed it as well. The location was also very convenient. Overall, a great stay.

Very clean and new. Room was great. There is an upstairs bar area which is amazing- fantastic view and drinks! The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Would highly recommend! Noisy at night(street noise) but that’s due to the location, not the hotel or guests.

Approximate location was ok. The property charged us for dirty towels. The towels could be washed as they usually are. The staff decided that we should pay 600 baht. Very unfair.

Great location with a nice mall around the corner and lots of big malls in walking distance. MC Donald and convenient store around the corner. Quite located in a side street. Room was nice and clean Staff was nice, especially the gentleman outside the hotel who greeted us very nicely every time we left or returned. Lots of western people like to stay in this hotel. The only thing that we disliked is that the reception recommended us their expensive laundry service with a third party rather than telling us that there is a cheap 24h laundry shop jus around the corner.
