Rooms were a little small but good enough. No cupboards to hang your clothes. The sink was outside.

Central location, easy to find, in a relatively upscale and peaceful side street 2 minute walk from McDonalds and 7-11. 4 minute walk from all the malls. Clean and well thought out interior. Kind, helpful and respectful staff who speak decent English. Breakfast was included for me, and was healthy and tasty (mix of Thai and Western). Quiet, comfortable, cool room. Open and spacious common area. There is apparently a jacuzzi, but I did not use it. Cleaning ladies are angels and clean well and daily (I left a tip for them and encourage you to do the same!). Pretty much a spotless experience without any complaints or negative feedback. Great place to book for a first place to relax and replenish from a long flight and the shock or arriving in the busy and chaotic Bangkok, or for any other use case. Can recommend. I stayed in the junior suit FYI. Nothing at all.

The proximity to the skytrain an shopping malls. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. It got a little confusing to get to as there is another Vella Be in very close proximity

Slightly small for two travelers with 2x luggage each. Breakfast was mediocre except for the curries.

Location was great the bed was confortable. As a senior i struggle with the Japanese style bed on the low platform.

The room size were spacious, their staffs really friendly and helpful, and the price were very reasonable The access to the hotel from the main road is not very ideal if you had a lot of luggage with you

Storage in the room is scarce

No soundproofing so we can't sleep most of the time and we got so unlucky there's bunch of noisy &loud group disturbing every night and every early morning. Also the location, too deep in the alleyway so even it's in a city center but it's so tiring to get back to the hotel.

Incredible location, walking distance from the BTS and right next to the beautiful canals. You can take a taxi boat 5min away and get anywhere alongside the canal, it’s amazing!
