Excellent location Bathroom run down and required attention.

the location is great. their rooms have all that is needed, clean. it’s not the first time we are staying there and the hotel is upgrading gradually. this time there were new mattresses and TVs.

miserable male manager. Arrogant behaviour. confronting me when I asked if I could see one of the two rooms and decide which to take saying no , trying to get back the key saying go somewhere and I said no need to get angry that I was just asking and since I was tired I got along with it..

Location. Right next to MBK and MRT station, which is convenient for transportation to airport. Then again, as we were 4 pax, a taxi is a much easier solution and doesn't cost much more. The noise from the street is 24/7, and LOUD. Tuk tuks make such a noise that without earplugs you can only dream about sleeping. We asked for quiet room away from the street, to no avail. They do have a little bit quieter rooms, but not that much. Aircon didn't work in our room, so we had to keep the window open at night, which multiplies the sound effects. We asked for another room, and had a look at 3, but weather the aircon didn't work, it was moldy, or just as noisy, so we stayed where we were. It's a place to get an easy train connection to airport, if you wanna save 150 baht.

Good location for budget stay and shopping- close to BTS, MBK, CenralwOrld and Siam Paragon shopping centers. Not so friendly staff, never smiling. Low water pressure at bathroom, hardly to take the shower- my room was at 8th floor. Noisy, very noisy and terrible noisy outside, even at night time - the room was above the BTS Railways. No coffee/tea maker. Payment only in cash.

The Location is FANTASTIC, right next to some major malls and the national metro station. The property in itself is very old and but well maintained with a good AC and elevator and a 7/11 some 50m from the front gate. The biggest shock of our trip was that our triple sharing room had a bathroom with a window open INSIDE the room, with no way to close or block it. In hindsight we should have checked the room before paying the money in full during check in but because we were tired we didn't think something like this could be the case (attaching picture for better understanding). The front desk offered a room that was to be available on the second day of our two day stay there however we declined the offer because we were out the whole day. It made a good laughing point at the end of our trip after the initial shock and it made us close to each other (well as close as you can be when 2/3 inhabitants refused to use the toilet in the morning and seeked amenities elsewhere. The malls close by were a good alternative)

A perfect location if you want to stay and walk around the city center. There are nearby restaurants, malls and food stalls. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. A pretty solid old building and amenities are quite obsolete. They are only accepting cash as an option.

The location is perfect, right next to the big shopping center. Staff were so friendly, she even let me borrow her flip flops to run to the shop in! You get what you’ve paid for basically. Air con was good. Hot water Was very outdated and the bathroom just felt a bit icky. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. If it wasn’t for the location, wouldn’t have stayed here
