Great room and facilities. Staff are super friendly and accommodating even when we managed to book the wrong dates and had to go back through booking.com and the hotel to get things changed. Great stay and will be coming back next time in Bangkok. The lighting by the mirror. Minor I know.

The room was nice. The Hotel has lovely pool and great, moderately priced restaurant at the property. I really liked breakfast that had authentic Asian food and classic European breakfast menu. I did not realize that hotel is located at the very busy road. Train run literally near our hotel room but windows are soundproof and it did not bother me but is pretty loud at the pool.

Excellent location, spacious room, very professional and friendly staff. Wifi and air conditioning needed to be looked at but got resolved. No hot water for the 5 days, this did not get resolved unfortunately.

Lovely hotel in a great location, love the room aesthetics and bathtub. The staff are all extremely lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice, not huge but still decent. The pool was amazing and had lush tropical vibes. Location was fantastic, very close to lots of shops MBK and only a short walk to the train. Lots of 7 11s close by and good coffee shops. The coffee at breakfast was not great and the pool diesnt have many pool chair/lounges to sit on and people tend to place their towels on them to reserve them and then go off to do other things so other people miss out. No gym.

Location was great, near the famous shopping malls of Bangkok. The room was very nice with comfy beds. I liked the breakfast and the swimming pool, with a very beautiful bar and garden. The staff help me find a nice spa nearby and booked a private taxi for me to the airport.

Clean and location Hidden things in the room that I had to look for like the control for the temperature and robes. Would be nice to have little helpful notes to let us know where things are the temperature control was in the bedside drawer and it was an iPad of some sort. Really nice but notes would be nice.

The location is great, near public transport and had everything nearby walkable distance. The staff were extra warm and welcoming.

Location is great, right in the heart of the shopping complex. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, nice swimming pool, even though you're on the main road, the pool surrounds make it seem like an oasis. The hotel looks tired, could do with a bit of a revamp. Pool bar area could do with a bit of an upgrade. Our room looks over the pool but you also have the skytrain line above which some may not like but we didn't mind it at all.
