I like the suite rooms, ideal for families. I like the room layout and the room size. The hotel is "peaceful", you do not get to see a lot of the other guests. In the ground lobby, the concierge and bellboy assistance are excellent. No waiting, they are ready to serve your every need. I feel like the service is more personal vs other big hotels. A few days before check-in, the hotel manager reached out asking for special requests and assistance that we may need. And she also personally went to our room to welcome us on the day we arrived. From the reception staff, to the concierge, to the security team at the entrance, and every other staff member I encountered, everyone welcomed me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness. Their hospitality was on another level, and they made me feel valued throughout my entire stay. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and what always leaves the biggest impression isn’t just luxury—it’s how people make you feel. Sivatel Bangkok excelled in every aspect of hospitality. The service was effortless, sincere, and consistently outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Sivatel Bangkok team for making this such a memorable experience. Location is great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed mattress was a bit of used. A Breakfast selection was vey limited compared to a 5 star hotel.

I would have liked wall plugs on both sides of the bed. Towels were 50/50 during our stay, sometimes they were solid and other times they were either too fluffy/cheap and we’d have white fuzz on our bodies after drying off. Toilet was view was nice but would’ve liked it to be separated from the rest of the bathroom. No hair conditioner.

It’s a quite luxury hotel in terms of the price and the big room. The breakfast is normal. The location is a walk distance distance from the BTS station, but not that serious if you were OK to walk and it’s really close to the department store. I love that that is a local market in the first floor floor that you can enjoy shopping the local thing that you rarely easy to find in Bangkok and the restaurants on 1 floor is good and nice staff at the restaurant. The women Thai staff at 1st floor is not nice. The guest who stay here is Japanese, and we have a Thai friend who come to visit and use the car to pick me up. The staff is not real to my friend. They look at my friend in the very look down way, especially the woman staff in the front office at the 1st floor. Actually, as we also have a main guest to the hotel so it’s not quite good for the hotel staff to treat not quite nice to my friends as well
