Room is clean and comfy. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Best part of the hotel is their water is purified and the room comes with an air purifier, which is so rare in BKK! Hotel on a side street which makes it peaceful and quiet so you don't hear the noisy traffic on the main road. Not that close but doable less than 10min walking distance to MRT/BTS. No 7-11 close by but there is a 24hr old-style supermarket in the building outside on main street.

Excellent hotel. On a quiet side street away from the noise of Sukhumvit Road. . I was in a bigger room, which was extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Loved the self service laundry.Highly recommend . It was all fine.

Everything was great! Clean room, fresh air ventilation, incredibly delicious breakfasts, convenient location! Awesome pool. The sink is not separated by a door, so all sounds can be heard from the bed. It is worth considering a place to dry things, such as a towel rail, as things did not dry. I would also add that the tiles in the toilet are quite cold, and it is impossible to sit there without slippers, so it might be worth laying a rug.

The only downside is that the room feels a bit humid and had a slight smell when I first entered. The pillow also felt damp and had a bit of odor.

Everything was excellent. The brightest point is the staff, in particular we were helped a lot by Kim and Ratt!. Super nice. The hotel is quiet and super clean, located close to a lot of things and the metro and train. Breakfast was very good, nice setting, japanese style!. Everything was great!

very well located, the hotel is near the BTS and the metro, but also easy to get tuk tuk or taxi even though its on a extremely busy area, the hotel is on an alley, what makes its location very quiet staff was extremely kind and pro active and the hotel was veeeeey clean food was good, but there were no many options, so not a good value for breakfast

Allow more time if you want to get a taxi or grab. It is in a busy neigborhood and often traffic jams

Location was perfect. 3 minutes of walk to Terminal 21 (Asoke BTS station) and 5 minutes to Emsphere shopping mall. There are lots of restaurants and massage places nearby. The hotel itself is clean, spacious room and nothing to complain about. The gym and the rooftop pool were superb. not really anything I can think of. If I have to be picky, there wasn't much desk space for my laptop and the coffee table was too low to be doing works for too long.
