The hotel is just 1 minute away from the main road, near to all malls in the area and local markets. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were tidy, small (but worth the price), and very comfortable. Nothing comes to mind

Location We were given a room without a window, and it wasn't comfortable at all. The hotel might be good, but the room wasn't nice.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the location was convenient and despite being so close to the center, the room was quiet at night. There was a fridge stocked with water and despite the room being small, it had everything you'd need! As it was cheap and we only stayed one night, it was totally fine. The room was really not clean, there were stains on towels and sheets and dust/hair/spots on the floor. Beds were also rock solid.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. However, the room service staff is very friendly and definitely deserves a promotion Front office staff need to be better trained in hospitality, friendliness, and maintaining a welcoming smile. Guests should not feel pressured to vacate their rooms while they are preparing to check out, as this creates a very uncomfortable 'rushed out' feeling at the end of their stay. This was my second stay here; while the first was excellent, this experience made me feel unwelcome.

The location is superb, as it is exactly where I want it to be. The hotel is close to massage place, Big C, December's and Platinum. Perfect place for shopping holiday. There is unfortunately no restaurant, which means no breakfast available. I also wish they have laundromat.

The location and it was quiet as needed to rest and recover and most importantly the HVAC system actually worked well! Some communication issues with the staff but overall good

My Second time here - This place is really ideal -for its location in the middle of Bangkok Shopping (100 m from Platinum Mall) . Lots of food places and easy access to BTS ( 10 min walk or 500 m + to Ratchathewi BTS) . Good comfortable hotel. Can be more generous with water for boiling tea / coffee

The first room that they gave me the ac is not working properly after i complained they transferred me to another room which is better than the first one.
