Platinum Deluxe Shopping Apartments

Very convenient to go to the 7/11 massage and Platinum Mall air-conditioned room was very good. The staff was accommodating, and helpful, the place around is clean I didn't get an allergy :)

The best thing about this place was the staff! So so friendly and welcoming!!! There was a lot of construction happening nearby while we were there (Feb 2026) which definitely put a damper on the location itself, but still very walkable to popular locations around downtown, especially the Siam Square malls. Super easy to get to the BTS as well. The whole place was very clean and our stay was extremely pleasant! We had a really short stay here, just 2 nights, so we booked the studio apartment knowing it would be tight. You literally couldn't get into the bathroom without stepping on the bed, so keep that in mind if you're booking this specific room. I could live at this place for months if I had a bigger room!

We sadly did not like it so did not stay after seeing the apartment (a tiny room) It was a tiny room and not an apartment as we expectedbitbti be. The bed was just a mattress placed on the ground.

We saw a cockroach in the bathroom our second night there (luckily we aren't too squeamish and took care of it). It was a bit hard to locate the place the first time we arrived but we were able to do so afterwards. There's construction currently going on on the road in front of it that made any commute long and congested (but that isn't really the hotels fault, just wanted to mention for future travelers) so it was also harder to get a taxi from the area unless you prebooked.

The apartment is located very close to all the central shopping malls. The air conditioner worked well. On our floor, we could use the elevator (for luggage only). Very friendly staff, clean. There is a microwave, a hairdryer, some dishes, and a kettle. Everything will be fine if you read the room description carefully and don’t have overly high expectations. For example, we were in a positive mood and fully prepared for the small size of the room and a mattress on the floor instead of a full bed.

This hostel is perfect for a comfortable stay! Everything you need is provided, and the amenities are top-notch. It's located very close to malls, restaurants, and massage spots, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The room is spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
