EVERYTHING!!! From the staff, to the room, to the comfort, the cleanliness, the breakfast, to the location online did no justice this place is a dream! The cold I couldn’t control the air (I get cold at times I’m anemic)

This is an excellent choice for anyone transiting overnight at Suvarnabhumi Airport or need to stay in the area. The location is great for this purpose. The hotel provides excellent spacious rooms and facilities and very friendly staff. Everything is clean and very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was another amazing discovery, offering great atmosphere, good food and drinks next to pleasant live music at modest prices. No negative items that I can point to. Keep up the good work!

Great location and rooftop restaurant was good It’s an older property and could use a little TLC. The waitstaff at the restaurant aren’t terrible but aren’t very attentive (no follow-up)

Room was quite small but had plenty of surfaces for spreading out. Decent lighting for reading. I asked the staff for an extra pillow and they immediately brought one, also they very quickly booked us a taxi. The property has a lovely rooftop bar with an excellent view of the canal (as well as the incoming flights to the airport). We spent a pleasant hour there around dusk. Also very close to our favorite Thai restaurant in that neighborhood (the Kota Cafe, highly recommended!) Maintenance could have been better. The deadbolt did not work (couldn't double lock the door) and the balcony sliding door would not stay closed if you were out on the balcony. The shower water temperature was pretty hard to control. Bed was hard though that's better than being soft. Breakfast was indifferent, though the setting (also on the roof) was attractive. Somebody in the neighborhood had a very noisy flock of geese! Though we can't blame the hotel for that...

The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection and was a great way to start each day. One of the standout features of the hotel is the rooftop area, which provides a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool area while small is a tranquil oasis—peaceful. Appreciated Airport transfer service.

Ver near airport and surrounding with local thai foods. Not far from 7/11 staff very friendly and helpful. It's quite old and somehow doesn't look too much like on the picture.

Close to airport. Good markets nearby. Very far (1 to 2.5hrs) from activities. Lower quality breakfast. Strongly advise NOT booking breakfast included.

The staff is excellent, and the Skybar has a great menu with quality food for a very reasonable price. No convenient power source near the bed to allow for a phone charger.

Nice hotel near airport. Liked balcony and option to smoke on it. Room was smoke free. Nice pool and rooftop bar. Relaxing before flights. Central Bangkok in about an hour. Uber/Grab to train station fast and cheap, then Airport Express downtown. Will definitely stay again. None.

When i reached around 2.30 pm the room was not ready. I went out keeping the luggage in reception and came back in night on 5.3.26. That time the receptionist was showing recentments and was not answering my questions like when the breakfast timing etc. I have strongly responded to him at that time itself. This was bad.

Only the food I believe it was the beef pizza or the curry I was in bathroom all night throwing up and diarrhea
