Tv had lots of channels, easy to use. Staff was nice. Location was good.. lobby was nice. Price was really good. Butter at breakfast was rotten. Need to Koop it regregerated. Food for kids is nonexistent. Swimming pool was not cleare, seemed dirty.

Good view, comfortable rooms, nice staff, great style No way to get there without taxi/bike. The elevator was not working properly: sometimes I cannot get my floor because it doesn't recognize my room card.

The name Shenzhen attracted me to the hotel since I am from Hong Kong. It's brand new and looks modern with the interior and exterior LED lights. Room, including bathroom, is spacious and clean. Price is very reasonable in my standard. Nothing I can fault, given the price I paid and value received.

New hotel it was recently opened, Rooms were clean, modern and spacious with comfy beds. The staff was helpful when needed. Approx 5 minutes walking to 7/11 you just need to cross the road Shower drain is bad, if two person had to take a shower the bathroom will be filled with water (this issue was in both of the rooms which I booked). If you are in the bathroom you can hear the noise if some flush from up floor. I was excited to use the rooftop swimming pool but when I arrived I came to know that because there was no lifeguard It was closed and I wasn’t allowed to go there. No irons so it’s better to bring yours.
