I like the location. The parking is disorganized, and the office time is misleading. The time stated on the reception door is open from 7:00 a.m. but the receptionist arrives at 8:30 a.m.

Located worked for my needs. Reception was very welcoming and spoke good English. My room had a small balcony which was nice early morning. If you are in this area of the city, this is clean, quiet and friendly accommodation

Really friendly reception, security guard and house cleaners. Great value for money, with air conditioning, balcony, TV and a safe. Receptionist let me leave my suitcase there while I travelled around other parts of Thailand. Plenty shops nearby including 7/11 and lots of local food places etc. A little further away from your main areas but you should know this when you book. There were a few ants trails entering and exiting the room. Suggested there was perhaps food scraps etc left uncleaned. Air conditioning unit blows hot air directly into the bathroom air vent which then makes the bathroom and bedroom warm. Only way for this not to happen funnily enough is to turn off the air conditioning.

The lady at the front desk is really friendly. When I left the room, they went to check the room, and the find out I forgot something behind, and the immediately gave it back to me. Location is a little tricky
