This was my first ever solo trip not to mention that it was my first trip to asia at all.. And it was absolutely great.I didn't regret that i've decided to book this absolutely amazing space for my stay.I enjoyed every person working here and their guests.The service is amazing people are friendly, food is delicious. Hope there will be time when i can come here again..

Everything! It was my second stay. Again just that I couldn’t pick bottom bs top bunk. On this particular trip, the other females were loud and intrusive unlike before.

The pool, cafe, and close to stores and restaurants. Only that I couldn’t select whether I wanted a bottom vs upper bunk.

I really liked the whole property!!! The place has beautiful trees, beautiful flowers and an amazingly adorable pool. The owner must have put so much thought into so many details. Lots of great decor, great menus, great food, too. Even the birds and squirells seemed extra happy to be there, haha. It's the nicest place to stay in that area. Super quiet and close to everything you could need. The staff, especially Mary, was SUPER helpful from the moment we got there. I had to get an upgrade bc I had too much luggage, but I'm not sure if the upgrade was free. Lol. They were nice about it, but I am moving so I had a stupid amount of heavy luggage which they helped me with my whole stay. Thank God. The food was great (when the chef was there) and they hosted a night with all our teacher friends and they had good drinks for us, too! A full bar is available as well as an awesome menu of all kinds of foods. When the chef wasn't there, they let us have food delivered to eat on their fabulous outdoor spaces. That was really special. I will definitely stay again when in Bangkok. The key randomly stopped working, when the office was closed, which wasn't fun, but they fixed it asap when they found me napping by the pool, lol. We stayed there a week, and the room wasn't flipped or trash dumped, which could easily be fixed. I honestly don't think they realized it hadn't been cleaned. It could also be a hostel thing, but a week is quite long with how hot it gets if the air isn't on. Bathrooms and showers could be cleaned better. I would still stay again just from how nice and helpful the owner and staff are. No real complaints. The food menu is broad and everything tasted delicious with good prices. Super safe and friendly vibes. 4/5 stars for the stay.

We loved staying at Refill Now - the neighborhood is great (quiet in terms of tourists & nightlife, but definitely not isolated - lots of delicious food around), the hotel is clean, the Deluxe Room was nicely decorated, very big and comfortable, and the pool was beautiful and very welcome considering the heat. If you book a room with shared showers & bathrooms, it's good to know that they are clean and good (at least the ones we used on the women's floor). The general energy in the hostel was nice and calm. Elly, the host, deserves special mention. She went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and was extremely helpful! Thank you Elly! The airco in the room didn't seem to work so well (needed a lot of time to cool the room). Also, we initially booked the Standard Double room, nothing wrong with it but it didn't fully suit our needs -- if you want to spend a bit more time in your room and want more privacy, the Deluxe Room is definitely worth the upgrade!

Had an awesome stay here. Very clean, everyone was very helpful and friendly. I could also enjoy the space after my checkout time to wait for my bus.

This area is very local and offers a market that is much cheaper compared to the Siam area. I recommend visiting 2-3 times if you're coming to Bangkok. Taking a Grab from the Airport Rail Link (ARL) is an easy way to reach the location, although walking can be challenging. It is conveniently located near the Sukhumvit Line. Additionally, the pool is quite small, suitable for 1-2 people. The air conditioning and lights turned off automatically. I was so confused on the first night.

The property is excellent! It’s not far from 711, washrooms and street food. The pool is a welcome addition away from the heat of the day. The staff is amazing, I bonded with Mary but they are all great! The chef made me some wonderful selections so I ate at the property every day and I wasn’t ever disappointed! Nothing

The hostel staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling like I had made friends and look forward to visiting again in the future.
