Handy to airport.

It’s more than a good deal for the price. And the staff was so helpful. Because of Iran attacking every country in the region we had a hard time getting out of BKK. We were bumped repeatedly by the airlines. the property manager hospitality was everything ?

Old furniture, no elevator !!! , wasn’t the best choice

I am surprisingly upset with the fact that the AC was not working properly

Location. We were first put on the first floor. Our patio door would not lock. The stag proceeded without warning to fumigate for mosquitos with a gas fires fumigator and fill our room with smoke from a burning pesticide to the point we were gaging. Our eyes were burning and we were choking. We had to remove our belongings when the smoke from the burning pesticide cleared. No apologies or remorse from the staff. It was the worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. This fumigator was in a corridor pointing directly into our room. We have stayed there many times throughout the years. But never again.

The restaurant and the pool was close and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom I had to get used to the shower and the toilet being in the same space

Location was good. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Housekeepers are loud. Before 7:00 am, they drop plastic bags of linen outside the door, waking everyone up. They also drop bags from the 4th and 5th floors all the way down to the first floor. Clearly, they don't care about the guests. They are also constantly on their walkie talkies, speaking loudly. I had a broken shower holder. I had to point it out to get it fixed. Breakfast food is good, but there are ants in everything. One guest pointed it out. The woman in charge didn't apologize or do anything about it. The air conditioner barely work, and they are very loud. Internet isn't very good as the signal is constantly dropping off. The pool man cleans the pool every morning while smoking a cigarette and letting ash fall into the water. The entire facility is loud and the overall service is poor. Even at the equivalent of about $25/day, you are still overpaying.

Facility room run downed, lots of mosquitos in room..part of the lights in room did not work..staff ok except staff at the reception desk, attitude problem a bit rude..

The room was fine. Staff helped us with our bags. They had a 24-hour counter. The hotel's policies are not transparent. Their description on Booking.com states that they offer a shuttle service from the airport, without stating a price (even though they state a price for other services such as early check-in or late check-out) and states that customers should visit a counter on the second floor of the airport to ask for it. When we arrived to the airport and looked for the counter, the hotel wasn't present there and the staff there said we should call the hotel. We called and they told us the shuttle would come (again not mentioning any price). When we arrived to the hotel, they said the service would cost 300 THB (for a 3.5 km trip). We complained as this price was not stated anywhere and we still didn't have any Thai baht in cash, they said that a manager would come to discuss the issue but that we should pay because "now we charge 300 THB for this service" (this was only stated at the hotel itself, at which time it was already too late to look for an alternative such as a taxi which would have been much cheaper). The manager never came. The next day, we went to ask for towels and water bottles in the evening (they had not been provided because the cleaners were off, which no one had informed us about). When the staff at the counter saw our room number they insisted again that we pay the 300 THB and threatened us with calling the police. We ended up agreeing on discounting it from the key deposit (which is 500 THB and, as you'd guess, also not mentioned anywhere). I have no plan on coming back to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone, at least until they fix their complete lack of transparency.

The water running too slow, , the air conditioner too loud , window can’t lock properly, the bed is too uncomfortable to sleep. I feel like I lay down on the floor.

Price, shuttle free, free breakfast, pool Wanted to stay again 2 months later reception could not book future room so I had to do it myself online

Got bed bugs!!!! WiFi and ac were very poor quality

They did not have the correct room I requested. However on my itinerary it says the correct room. There were not even a correct mattress. Just a sheet over a box spring. Piles of trash bags outside room doors. They did not apply my free breakfast even though it showed on my itinerary. I was not recommend this hotel

Shuttle prices high

Excellent proximity to the airport, free shuttle and lovely staff. Couldn’t fault the hotel for the price I paid.

Close from the airport. Some English spoken which is good and helpful. Breakfast buffet ok. Close to Airport. Hotel has a shuttle, but you can't book it for your arrival. Tried to contact the hotel 1 month before to ask about the hotel shuttle. Nobody answered on Booking Chat or the email! Contacted Booking.com they also tried, no success. Reception said " Nobody in charge to check emails. Unfortunately I could not book the Hotel Shuttle, which was cheaper than to get on my own to the hotel. No veg. food on the menu for dinner/lunch.

There is only one purpose for this place: to be close to the airport. We didn’t sleep there, and luckily. But the shuttle to the airport is great, and the staff are very nice. The place looks very outdated. We came from our hotel for a couple of hours before our flight, to be close to the airport. The room was dirty and old. Even not mention the toilet and shower. And many mosquitoes all over.
