modern and stylish, rooftop terrace ensuite bathroom in all rooms, no shared bathroom (except one on the rooftop terrace) location is good but you'll always have to walk at least 1km for most things you want to do in that neighborhood

The lady in the coffee shop was incredibly nice!!

Extremely large and well appointed private room in a locals neighborhood of Ari. Television with Netflix and YouTube Tv. Nice coffee shop within....... quiet at night slept well. Perhaps the best value I've seen in BKK.

Lovely room with plenty of space, quiet and clean. Great decor and lots of lounge spaces. Loved the rooftop area, especially at sunset. The beds were a bit hard for our personal liking and the tv was very confusing to work, couldn’t get any streaming channels but that allowed us to enjoy each other’s company instead of being distracted!

Quiet Slept on a rock hard mattress with metal springs coming out and hurting. Cafe and rooftop bar was never open. You have to leave the hotel just to get coffee. The balcony was always wet from above AC leaking. Everything was so dusty so I had to clean the room as soon as i checked in. Room was on 4th floor walk up. Lighting was horrible and dark in the bathroom even with the light on.

There were definitely some things I liked about this hotel. The place is super aesthetically pleasing, with a great design and vibe that naturally gets people talking. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s home, which I really enjoyed. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for unwinding. I also loved the lighting—it was set up in a way that made everything feel warm and cozy. The blanket was another standout for me; the fabric felt so smooth and high-quality, like something you’d expect from a nicer hotel. On top of that, the owners were super caring and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Even though there were some downsides, the overall vibe of the place made it feel special. First, the door lock system was frustrating; the pick-lock mechanism was time-consuming and inconvenient to use. It felt outdated and unnecessarily complicated. Second, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. I noticed dust on the bed, which made it feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. The worst issue, however, was the exposed water pipes from another room visible on the ceiling. Not only was this an eyesore, but I also had to endure the unpleasant sound of water flushing whenever someone used the toilet. Lastly, the room had a humid atmosphere, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for extended periods.

Very nice atmosphere, the staff are incredible and are so polite and professional. The AC wasn’t really good at my room so the night was pretty hard.

Too noisy from the air compressor behind the bathroom plus I could hear the next room talking ??

This is a youth hostel. Too pricey for what it. Not what we expected. This youth hostel was ok. Our room was very dusty. We had 2 bunk beds for our family. Ok, but not what we were sold. Staff is a bit hard to find.

Really nice room! It was really large, super comfy bed, good A/C, a small balcony, and had hangers and places to unpack your stuff. Best sleep I've had on my trip. The wifi didn't work well in the room.
