The room was not cleaned until we check out, shampoo and soap were not refilled, no drinking water allocation unless requested. Heater not working.location quite far but ok. I asked for a room to be on the ground or maybe 2nd floor but we were put in the 3rd floor with no working elevator and we has a hard time on our luggages. There was no lift so we had difficulty on carrying our luggages.Also we were lost on arrival because we didnt know the hotel was in the middle, we were thinking it was along the road.

Unfortunately, our stay at The Moon Night Hotel was quite disappointing. The bathroom had serious drainage issues, with water not draining properly. The bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, there was a bad smell along the way to the hotel, which made the arrival unpleasant. For the high price we paid, it definitely wasn’t worth the value. The only upside was its convenient walking distance to the Boonsiri Travel office for catching a bus to the islands. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was close to the Giant Ibis bus station, this was the reason it was chosen. The night manager was very nice. No elevator, beds hard and rooms small. Down a soi so hard to see from street.

location is quite greate opposite of Giant Ibis station. Lots of Restos nearby. Room space is ok but bathroom is very small. with complimentary coffee and light snacks Bathroom

Average accommodation, good only if you want be on Khaosan rd,,good for 1 transfer night but not good for longer stay. Price is reasonable. No lift, steep stairs, very small bathrooms, very hard mattress.
