Located next to MRT Huai Kwang Exit 4, just 20 steps from hotel doorfront. Convenience store 200 m away across the intersection. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Helpful staffs and polite. The room condition was good, everything perfectly functioned. Hot water system is okay. It was not so soundproof. You can still hear some loud talking of the people outside sometimes. But that's all.

Location was excellent for MRT Subway, directly outside lobby, a few local restaurants nearby and a bar with nightly entertainment right underneath Wi-fi was poor, room power plugs were out of the wall and didn't charge phone as quick as other hotels. Hot water in shower was poor. Took about 4 mins to start then after maybe a minute at tops it disappeared in each of 3 showers I took. Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Sadly its a tired hotel

the hotel needs to do more maintenance to the Aircon and room. aircon and staffs attitude.

Good location for transportation because MRT. Really convenient because you can go to local market in 5 minutes from there. The elevator is too slow and narrow. The air conditioner location is direct to 1bed in double bed room.

everything was great. location, cleanliness and staffs. so many restaurant. next to public transportation just it so close to street and restaurant so be prepared for the noise. but it’s not so bad that you couldn’t sleep at all
