Location was the best in the area. Closing location is connecting with BTS, public transportation. Location was just 5 mins work to Major Cineplex. Room decor was getting soon old. Air Condition has some noise (sometimes). Best Location for public transport but not that such good for own car due to traffic matter. Parking lot design was such a damm.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and mattress were great, and we slept very well. The pool is beautiful and perfect for taking nice photos — definitely Instagram-worthy! We also liked the hotel restaurant. Breakfast did not have a huge variety, but everything was tasty. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station, which made getting around easy. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the breakfast selection could be larger. However, this was not a big issue for us because the station is very close.

Rain came in through the windows, housekeeping cleaned and left towels on window sills for future rain . The only thing though was strange nobody from hotel checked on us or room after another heavy rain

Hotel is new and clean and offer a very nice view. Price was very reasonable.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive. We were there for 6 days and we felt as we were eating almost the same every day, but the overall taste and service were great.

The hotel is nice and very modern. Overall, it offers good value for the price. However, I wish they provided more Muslim-friendly breakfast options, especially since many Muslim guests stay here and Bangkok attracts a large number of Muslim tourists. Our rooms were facing the city view, and we could not sleep at night due to noise from the highway. The glasses are not sound proof. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was disappointing. We were wrongly accused of damaging the pillows and were asked to pay for something we clearly did not do. When i asked them if they could prove that we djd it, then they said they always givr fresh stuff when doing room service. So my wife asked, if they did then how come there was stain on the bed sheet, and they failed to respond. Again, money was not a big deal but being accused falsely for something we did not do was injustice. This accusation was uncomfortable and unnecessary, and it took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. The staffs communication skills were very poor.

The location is just perfect for public transportation; it's just a 10-minute walk to the BTS Line connecting to the central business district of Bangkok. Also, one stop away to connect with the night market & mall. Also be able to connect with another train's line. Location is very close to the traffic junction; driving takes time for hotel access; the parking lot is very tight. Price range is very competitive comparing with nearby hotel such as Centara Central Plaza.
