Cleaning First they asked me to wait till the check in time started 2nd they kept 500 security fees, highly discouraging for me because they didn't trust us.

The hotel was close to the Impact Arena where we were going for Thaifex. Rooms were very big and clean, neatly tidied every day. Nice shower and comfy beds We booked 3 rooms, and while my room had comfortable beds, one of the others said the beds in their rooms were too hard

After checking in, I almost immediately checked out again, because of the state of the room. The staff was nice, but I still decided I'll be more comfortable at another hotel.

Bed was comfortable and the room although very dated seemed clean Bathroom smelt very bad, staff at reception were not overly welcoming as expected in hospitality. The rooms are very dated unlike what is on the photos.

Upon entering the premises after a long flight and taxi and with the heat the Riche Boutique hotel was a godsend. The pretty girls on reception greeted me like I was a long lost family member. They helped with my bags. I have read some reviews of this place but I don't believe what I had read. My room was large with lots of Natural light. The air-conditioning started and cooled the room quickly. My bed was comfortable. The shower didn't have much pressure but who cares when it is hot, any cold water will do. There is some noise from passing aircraft. The breakfast was adequate. If you are flying out from Don Muang this hotel is perfect.
