Had to add money and upgrade to a bigger room, the 1st one too small can hardly move. Facilities, bed and furniture a bit old, bed sheets look over used

Clean Pool Room wasnt near the pictures at all, it wasn’t clean and it wasnt just me, I met quite a few people near the pool and they complained from the same issue

The room is very old and the water sink is closed. When you wash your hands, a lot of water remains in the sink for a very long time. The toilet is not completely clean. The seat is yellow and there is moisture all over the room. There is a lot of mosquito. The bed was very old and had a smelly blanket. The pillows also smelled of dampness on each end. The pool is also full of chlorine, which burns the skin.

The hotel met our expectations. The breakfast is very good with buffet. Only that we really waited until 2pm to enter our room. Some staff in the reception are not friendly. The staff in the reception should be sensitive to the needs of the guests. If they say they could accommodate the guests if there is a free room already they should do it not that they will let the guests wait until 2pm to check in.

there was nothing to like about the hotel at all, just that the location was near to 15-20 mins from some tourist locations so many things, starting from the room there was no light in the room, just two lamps you have to manage with the bathroom or entrance lights, and the water bottle they give us was made of glass although it seems good from environmental point of view but its look like they are using these bottle from long time like refilling them but the bottle itself was old and dirty, no exhaust in the bathroom, they said we upgraded you to suit room with a window, because of light i said i want my normal room which i book, it was the same size but there was water leaking from the room, so we go with the upgraded with almost no light or less light in the room, the building was also old
