The first night, the air con was quite cold.

It's so very near everything! About 3 711's in the area and also within walking distance of Pratunam night market (that closes around midnight lol). Near the metro so it's good. Considering the price it's OK. I would stay again if it was just me. Has a hair dryer and free water everyday. Didn't have to meet anyone of the staff, not even in check out. We did pay on the property so that's the only time we went and met someone. The room was dark - even if you turn on the lights, or open up the balcony. It is dark. May be due to the loft but also the loft area is a bit warm so had to sleep with my head near the ladder. THERE IS NO DOOR for the toilet, just a shower curtain that doesn't even reach the floor, it's literally halfway down the door so when you sit on the toilet there's literally no hiding anyone lol. The toilet is also always wet for some reasons. Very dark around the area at night, but it is safe. Smells like sweat in the lobby of the building 2. No lifts.

The property is cozy and accessible. It's very near to pratunam, food restaurants, 711, and bts station. The staffs are also accomodating and approachable, and the location of the property is very safe. Will definitely book this one again when I visit Bangkok! Highly recommended! ♥️

Wifi speed is good in the room. Location was the only reason I stayed at this hostel, booked a twin room, and got upgraded to a double room. The room had a fridge, kettle, and bonus a microwave. Apparently, the twin room had none of these, so I can not confirm. I needed to get the 5.15am rail to the airport, only a 5 minute walk from the hostel. No where to put your clothes except on the small chair, some hooks and bench would of been good. There was only the coffee table/bench which was used for a wet station. Smells of BKK come up the drain but that is just normal in BKK. Mattress was super soft if you like that. The door could of had a another lock device, for when in your room like a latch. Plus the window did not lock but being on the 3rd floor, I would have to be unlucky for anyone to get in. You can hear the traffic, again this is BKK. No side table near the bed, only a small ledge on the wall. No lift, only steps.

Good location

I have stayed twice in Yaksa in private room and it has met my expectations. Clean, good value for money, easy acces to BKK airport. I wouldn't recommend this place for those who have walking difficulties as rooms are up to the fourth floor with very narrow stairs and corridor. Blankets could be thicker and bigger.

Exceptional

This hostel provides the basics very well. Front desk is manned by helpful and polite staff. The room is spacious as are the lockers (lock provided). The door to the room is totally soft close , i.e. no sound at all from opening/closing of door at night Signages requesting quiet after 10pm. Common areas on the 1st and 4th floors, and an adequate pantry with beverages, microwave etc. Water leaks out from under the shower door, creating a slip hazard outside the toilets

The 4 of us stayed in a big room with 6/7 beds if is very neat and comfortable. Wifi is fast. We got coffee/tea and a kettle. Enough toiletries were provided. We like their policy for late check-ins. It was quite expensive.

Nice hostel! Modern and clean. Room with air conditioning. Big enough to be confortable. Good quality price ratio. It's a 3rd floor by stairs.

Very close to BTS None

1. The hotel is located very near to the Airport Rail Link and BTS Phaya Thai. This gives easy access to other parts of Bangkok. 2. The room is spacious. 3. Good and helpful staff. 1. Even though the hotel is centrally located, it took me some time to find it because there is no clear indication from the main road and also inside the gated area. I had to check each building to find it.

Nearing the BTS is a good one Staff are friendly The facilities are not as good as we expected. The room does not have many lights.
