People at night congregate outside so you can hear them/thin walls/windows.

The staff was so friendly and wellcoming. The room that I stayed was no clothes hanger. I couldn't unpack my suitcase.

The location was convinient but not the nicest around. The room was small, with a big bathroom but it was clean and nice anyways.

Its location is really good, a short walk away from most of the hotspots we wanted to visit in Bangkok. Really friendly staff that received us with a smile at all times and offered conversation and advice till the time we left.

Location Everything was good

Close to grand palace (about a 10-15min walk) . Sweet staff. We had a big room with 2 kings. Lots of free water . Good shower, comfortable beds. We liked "Anya authentic Thai restaurant" about a 10 min walk away and "the twisted fork" (pasta) only about 5 min both air conditioned, not cheap but not expensive either. The place is kind of characterless, breakfast was totally confusing about what time we could actually get it, (so we just went out). There was an electric kettle and cups and a fridge in our room, but no coffee or tea. the staff although they were very sweet and kind, really knew nothing about local restaurants, attractions, etc. Lots of street food around but if you want an indoor restaurant with air conditioning you have to look harder or walk further. Did not love the neighborhood. Hotel was ok but I would stay somewhere else next time .

the staff at the hotel I would say was my favorite part of my experience in Bangkok. it was very close to the touristic attractions and to amazing food places. the room was good for me and my family for a good price too

It was an awesome property. A huge huge shoutout to the staff, they are super helpful, welcoming and caring honestly they made all the difference and the next time I come to Bangkok I am not looking anywhere else I am staying right here. Thank you so much guys!

Amazing staff, great breakfast, nice room. Not too far from all major attractions. Noisy neighborhood and the door wasn’t sound proofed so we could hear everything.

I liked that after a certain time the front doors locked and you needed your key card to open it. It was an extra safety measure that I appreciated. The room also had lots of space to put suitcases so it didn’t feel cramped at all. The steamer that was provided was very good. I also liked that the sinks were outside the washroom so we could get ready quicker since there were 4 of us. The room had a mould scent/ mould in the room. It was coming out of the sink very strongly and the room felt damp for the most part. It made it feel a lot less clean and kind of made us feel sick as well

The staff were very helpful and attentive. It was the only place we stayed that gave is a pot of tea with breakfast and had separate bathroom and toilet. We enjoyed being able to walk to major attractions with street food and Michelin star cafes nearby. We would stay here again Like many smaller (room) places we stayed at, the bed a mattress on a plinth with hard edges to climb over. As we are of a certain age we find this difficult.

I needed a convenient place to stay the night before running the Bangkok Half Marathon, and this location was perfect. Bonus that's it's a charming, clean hotel with kind and attentive staff. My room was quite small, but this was fine since I just needed it for sleeping and a shower. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Coffee at the cafe was great. Small complaints: I didn't like the bed pillows, and the shower head was set up weird/difficult to use.

We were upgraded to the family room with 2 big beds.

The location was near to the tourist spots in Bangkok so it was easy to navigate and some are even walking distance. None so far.
