The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures. I love the personality of the place. The bed was very firm, which I like. The kitchenette with plates and utensils was a nice touch. Breakfast was quite simple, cereal or toast. I think it can be a little more inviting.

Great little hotel in a lovely quiet area. Staff were very friendly and helpful showing us on a map all the best places to visit nearby.

The kindness of the staff. The shower didn’t have pressure and was not really hot. But overall was minor.

1. Design. Very very unique and super nice. 2. Staff - awesome. Everything you need they’ll help you. Also they have great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. 3. Cleanness - super clean. 4. Room is big and comfy. 5. Walking distance to Khao san and grand palace. The only thing I didn’t like is the street the Hotel is in. Many homeless people, also drug addicts. Not very nice to walk the street, especially at night.

The hotel was cute, comfortable, quiet, modern, and reasonably priced. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming. There are several nice common areas for relaxing, and the room was set up like a small apartment with a kitchen. It is within walking distance to the Grand Palace and the reclining Buddha, as well as the river. As of now, they do not have a lift, so you need to be able to do stairs, but they carried all of our luggage up for us.

Nice location as it’s close to the grand palace and other attraction. You can literally walk. However this is relatively quite area and not close to center and night market. Must take taxi or MRT. No close to the night market and other lively places. At night it’s gets too quiet which can be good but far from center life.

There is room for improvement for noise insulation, however, given the history behind, it's understandable.

Honestly everything about this place was amazing. The Service was SO exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite! The room was SO clean and prepared with everything we needed. I loved the private patio to blog and lounge in the early mornings. Everything was great! No complaints

Very cute, off the beaten path. The neighborhood wasn't remarkable but it was nice to be away from the crowds. Once inside, there were lots of fun design choices to keep us comfortable and ready to head back into the heat. It was mid-November, but we got a surprise Christmas gift. The staff was always attentive and pleasant. Not a problem for us, but note that there is no elevator. The bigger suites are higher up (no more than three flights of stairs). The coffee is the lobby was instant; that felt like a miss for the otherwise mid-high end vibe they are going for.

The location is perfect far from the busy area but close enough if you want to go out. I recommend Mango vegetarian restaurant 15 min walking. Staff is pleasant The style of the hotel is very nice. There is only stairs so if you have difficulty with that be aware. I did not like the fabric of the bedsheets that seemed to be synthetic, horrible feeling and it makes you sweat

super friendly and caring staff!!! really so nice we appreciated it a lot:) also was a walking distance to the koasan road clean and spacious the neighborhood felt a bit bad, we felt uneasy walking at night back to the hotel. also heard some rat noises at night and saw some cockroaches :(
