Very unlike the pictures. The surrounds of the neighbourhood terrible. Bit rundown and very overpriced. Staff are very friendly.
-
In general the location is quite good and felt safe, but it is in an alleyway.

The pool was nice and the stuff was helpful. After laying in the bed for an hour, I noticed bedbugs. The staff reaction was quick and we got moved to a different room. However, this experience left us quite uncomfortable and we would not come back. If you’re thinking of staying in this hotel, check the beds thoroughly. I haven’t come across reviews with the bedbugs, so I’m hoping it’s an unlucky one time case, stay vigilant though.

Great location within walking distance (if capable) to the main temples and piers. We also were able to walk from Ko San Road. AMAZING BREAKFAST
-
The property was clean, nicely appointed, breakky was great and the staff very friendly. Not much, my only point of feedback is that the pool surface could do with a clean.

Very friendly and helpful front office concierge staff, and helpful security guard, and housekeeping all were very excellent, and it was nice having 24 hour front desk esp since out of country flights arrived and departed after hours. Very comfy room, cool AC and doable walking distance to Old Siam Mall, Yaoarat foody district, Jai Fie's Michelin star streetside restaurant, the Emerald Buddha temple and grounds, the Giant reclining Buddha temple and the National Museum. Awesome central location for these highlights of Bangkok. We used the room as our hub and did a couple of short out of town trips by train leaving most of our luggage and gear at the Siri Heritage as our home away from home. Nice cool swimming pool well shaded, and cool breezy rooftop to catch some nice views of the city at night.

location is just next to the historic places. Staff is very friendly outside smells, when you want to walk

I liked everything about this hotel. It was unexpectedly pleasant and easygoing place. Pool could be cleaner.

The room was clean and comfortable

Toiliteries were limited and few options in breakfast spread for vegetarians

Good location in the sense that it was nearby the Grand Palace, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable, and maybe the best I've had so far in Thailand (I've stayed in many hotels here). The breakfast was top notch, and had so much to offer. Way better than any hotel breakfast in I've had in recent times! The hotel was extremely outdated, especially the room. The A/C was weak, and kind of warm. We had ants in the bathroom, and several mosquitoes in the room.

Pool area could have been cleaner.

We loved the ease of breakfast here. Cleanliness of the rooms and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was noisy and a bit run down. The location was terrible.
-
Clean, friendly staff Unfortunately this area of Bangkok attracts a considerable amount of homeless. The hotel does an excellent job on security, but as soon as you leave, you’re walking over the homeless. I’ll stay in a different area next time.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were very helpful. There are bikes to be borrowed for free with a deposit only. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous - buffet of Thai dishes that changed daily, fresh fruit, juices, egg dishes to order. The actual location is on a shady side-street but we didn't feel unsafe walking to the hotel even at night. There is a security guard posted at the entrance after dark.

Nothing everything was amazing

The location is good in a way because it is near a convenient store and even a laundry mat. Also walkable to the grand palace and Wat Pho however the location may not be for all as there are some homeless that live in and around the block of the hotel and the streets do seem cluttered with detritus and are pretty dirty which I could see really throwing some people. I chose to see it as authentic and we never felt threatened or in danger in anyway even coming back late in the evening and leaving very early in the morning. People lay out little mats in the area to peddle their wares and they have some interesting trinkets that are worth a look. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are not fancy people so we usually just use our hotel room to shower and sleep and this hotel was perfect for that. Because of the heat we did end up dipping in the pool a couple times which was very refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the ac was perfect. There are a ton of homeless and garbage on the streets around the property.
-
Close to major sites of interest. The staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly When showering the cold water would vanish leaving scolding hot water for a few seconds before returning. The area had a lot of homeless people around but we were never unsafe.
