It's was in walking distance of a museum and McDonald's and 711 The staff was rude, cold, and unwelcoming. I was bullied the entire time I was there by other women and staff. I was harassed sitting downstairs by those who live near this hostel. They would pop out of doors when I look over the way. They made sure I had no peace. There was a creepy man staying near the hostel. And also I got stalked by a lady who wanted to be my friend but I ignored her! And she begin to stalk me and start drama. Lock up your things here! Staff followed me around harassing me and acting as if they were working or cleaning but was monitoring me along with those staying at this location. There were ppl staying there who were following me from place to place in the building! Please be careful these ppl are not safe to be around! The atmosphere is dark Please don't stay here! They allow anyone IN!

So clean! From the fresh shower mats that were laid outside the showers on the 6th floor to the crisp, freshly-washed, white bedding. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, and it is a peaceful place that is in an excellent location, close to many museums, the bus to the airport is just 10 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay there again. There were 2 branches so when you first arrive and don't know the city that well and book a taxi it is very easy to end up at the second branch which is quite far away as I did. There should be "The Cube Khaosan, Branch 1 in the title to avoid this happening. Also a very selfish woman came into the hostel at 2 in the morning and was having a full scale conversation with her family and turned on the light. She woke me even though I was wearing Loops earplugs so I imagine she woke everyone. This was totally unnecessary and although I noticed a sign the next day, the staff should warn people to be extra quiet when they come in late like that. Some people are very narcissistic and do this for attention so they need an extra warning. Also, I got really sick after day 2 because the aircon was much too cold but I should have asked staff earlier to turn it up and I'm sure they would have.

It was a lovely clean hostel. The beds were very comfortable and provided privacy. The top bunk was not covered and let the light from the room in, which may interrupt some peoples sleep. The showers were on the top floor and outdoors. Strange but not too bad if I’m honest.

Amazing location and clean hostel. loved staying here. the only problem was the internet as it was not provided in the rooms. but not a big issue as I had sim. but who doesnt want free MBs?

Clean, comfortable, good location and inexpensive. 5-10mins walk away from Khaosan Rd, no loud music at night. Phra Sumen, Samsen Rd area, filled with chill out cafe, restaurants, hostels.

Great view from the bedroom, floor to ceiling windows calm and quiet looking over the canal and was able to check in late not very social hostel but that has nothing to do with the staff or owners or building just the people staying there at the time were very insular

A nice place, definitely a good location, a friendly staff that was helpful, overall just nice... There were quite a few stairs to climb with the luggage on the first and last day, as well as several times each day to reach the showers located on the rooftop—nice for those who enjoy strengthening their leg muscles.

A very cool hostel! Affordable and good location :) the room were very clean, staff great and very cool and funky common space! Otherwise, cool place to stay for few days :) Bathrooms and showers very clean but could be a little bit more modern.

Great location! Walking distance from Khao San and all the street food, you got everything you need and it's clean, but it's not amazing. It's okay! You had to walk to the top floor for the showers.
