La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bannockburn-Deerfield

Property is in a Business Park, in which I stayed Saturday and Sunday, so very quiet and kept up very well. Even though the hotel is mostly busy during the week, I got a fantastic rate and the breakfast was superb.

Wonderful stay after terrible stay at a different hotel. Loved the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Room got cold quickly

I loved placement of grab bars around the tub and that the water hose was long enough to reach me while seated on the bench. I hated how far our "accessible" room was from the elevator. I made it using my walker and my husband using his cane, but we both had a rest stop mid-way. Whoever planned accessible room placement must have a cruel streak running though them!

I have stayed here many times, and I’ll continue to come back! It’s clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is above average! Just an overall very pleasant atmosphere and experience!

Looks a lot older in person than it does in the pictures. There was a stain on the toilet that was really disgusting. It doesn't feel super clean and I'm not sure when the last cloth couches and seats were cleaned. Overall a little rinkydink which was surprising because of the area. And I forgot to mention the electric outlets aren't easily accesible. Had to strain to charge my phone and that really annoyed me

Breakfast was mediocre. Check-in info states coffee, tea, and water are available in the lobby 24/7 but there were no tea bags, not even for breakfast. As a steady tea drinker I was disappointed at this. Room was nice. All areas were clean and the bedding was comfortable.

We had no issues checking in. My issues are with the room. The TV doesnt work, back light is gone. The 0 on the phone is incredibly hard to push if it works, but it doesn't matter as you will just listen to advertising and never get anyone. The bed was very old and stained, not the sheets the actual mattress, it was showing when we got to the room, it was also very worn in.. The AC sounded liked a plastic bag was stuck in it.. also very loud from the highway, they have no buffer for noise.

Breakfast was very good....cleaning staff extremely friendly Furniture in room more comfortable. Blanket provided in closet for fold out sofa bed. Front Desk staff more welcoming upon arrival.

The tub toilet and sink were yellowed. The shower had rust and there was a smell around the toilet that made us keep the door closed to avoid. We asked for a different room and the staff said that they’re booked. Worst stay I’ve had in over 20 years

Very nice for parents of LFC students.

The property was older and there was a gap between the door and the door frame big enough to see-through. There was no teabags provided at the breakfast despite there being hot water sitting out. When I inquired with a staff person, if there were teabags available, she just looked at me and said no and walked away.
