Great location. Nice apartment. Good massage, nice breakfast Some of the facilities in the spa were not working. For example the steam room

A beautiful and very comfortable hotel, the view is wonderful, and the girls at reception were friendly, smiling, and their service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Location and comfort of the room Nothing

The location is ok. When we arrive at the property nobody helped us with the luggage(no doorman no piccolo). We was for 3 night on that hotel and our room never cleaned... The cleaning lady said that we had to put a special sign if we want to be cleaned our room. The spa was very small and i can say bad. Over all the price for the service they offer its high.

The staff, the massage, and it was pretty comfy Once we didn’t have hot water to shower :/ and the staff updated it could take a while and the water stream was not strong.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the spa, but the spa was simply turned-off during our stay. The jacuzzi was cold, and they actually went to turn-on the switch one day when I wanted to enter... but of course this doesn't work for jacuzzi that takes many hours to heat. My guess is that in days that the hotel is not fully booked, then turn off the switch...

Really nice stay! We enjoy the spa and the comfort room!

While the apartment itself was lovely, there were a few things that made our stay less enjoyable. The hotel felt quiet and many of the public areas were dimly lit, which made it feel like we were the only ones there. In addition, there was no running water in the rooms on two separate occasions, which was quite inconvenient. The saunas in the spa also didn't work every day, which was disappointing. For breakfast, we were expecting a buffet but were surprised to find it was a la carte. This limited the options for the kids, as basic items like juice weren't available. The most frustrating issue, however, was with the in-room coffee. The coffee capsules were placed in a box with complimentary tea and sugar, making it seem like they were free. At checkout, we were told we had to pay for them, which was both misleading and annoying.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

The Spa All fine.

Due to the relatively high price for a hotel in Bulgaria, we arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The rooms were basic. The shower was appalling. You have to shower in a bathtub, and getting out afterward is life-threatening. Not to mention, there’s mold in the corners of the bathtub, and no space for a toiletry bag. Any respectable hotel provides bottled water without charging for it, and certainly does not charge for coffee capsules. During checkout, they don't ask if you used anything; instead, they send an employee to spy on you and check if you drank coffee or water. It’s a good thing they don’t charge for every square of toilet paper, or I’d have to take out a mortgage. In summary, I do not recommend it at all.
