Regnum Hotel was a very interesting and enjoyable stay. I booked a single room and was kindly upgraded, and the room was excellent - spacious, comfortable, with a large bathroom and a breathtaking view. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, reaching over 100 Mbps, which made the stay even better. The hotel layout felt a bit confusing, and I had to use two separate elevators to reach my room in one of the sections. The receptionist was very kind, but spoke quite quickly, so it was sometimes hard to fully understand the instructions. The bathroom was modern, but the shower head was small and the water pressure was not very strong, although there was hot water.

I had a really wonderful stay at your hotel. The location was perfect—very close to the ski lift, which made everything so convenient. The views were absolutely amazing, and the rooms were kept in excellent condition thanks to the fantastic housekeeping team. The restaurant staff were always smiling and provided very good service, which made every meal even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also amazing—such a great start to the day. I especially enjoyed the massage from Tony—very professional and relaxing. I would also like to highlight the lovely receptionist, Elena Mishcheva, who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She recommended the best massages, and her warm attitude really made a difference to our stay. The soft play area for children was a great addition, and the spa was very, very nice—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you for such a memorable stay! There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. I felt that the reception team could be a bit more welcoming and provide more information to guests upon arrival. Additionally, I had to change rooms during my stay. I had initially booked three nights, but after enjoying the hotel so much, I decided to extend our stay. There was a small issue with the new room, which caused a bit of inconvenience. However, I would like to highlight that the manager responded promptly and resolved the situation, which made me feel that the hotel truly cares about its guests. Overall, these were minor points in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The staff was completely unapproachable and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. When booking, the hotel advertised that VIP gondola tickets were included in the price. However, once we got there, they suddenly told us they “don’t have a sales office” and instructed us to go to the gondola ourselves and simply say that we were hotel guests and that they would let us through. We went there with small children, and instead of helping us, the staff at the gondola literally threw us out. The shuttle van that was supposed to take guests to the gondola was constantly late. We were forced to stand outside in freezing temperatures with small children, waiting 20 to 30 minutes every time. The cleanliness was shocking for a supposed 5-star hotel. Rooms were not cleaned regularly. When we arrived, one of the bathrooms had clearly not been flushed — there was human waste still in the toilet bowl. Completely unacceptable. The food was equally disappointing. For a hotel claiming to be five stars, the selection was extremely poor and the same dishes were served repeatedly with almost no variety. The first night there was extremely loud music, and when we politely asked them to lower the volume because we were traveling with children, they refused. As a family with kids, we felt completely ignored and unwelcome. No one wanted to help with anything. At one point, when we were loading our luggage into the car, the security staff outside were literally chasing us away like we were stray dogs. The hotel manager was informed that this experience would result in a very negative review on Booking, yet he behaved as if he couldn’t care less, almost like this was the hotel’s last season anyway. The terraces of the rooms were filthy.

The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is 7 minutes walk from the gondola.

It was very hard to get to our room. We had to use two different lifts, stairs, lots of walking.

The stuff was super nice and welcoming (Special thanks to Alona from the reception for all the information and help she gave us during our stay, and to Elena from the Spa for her kindness). The room was very spacious, the beds were super comfortable. The shuttle to the gondola was very helpful. Tha private Sauna rooms were great the wifi at the reception area wasn't working very good at the afternoon there was no one at the omlet station during breakfast (it was empty), but still plenty of other things to choose from

Don't get it , why the bathroom and toilet are separate, kinda awkward. But thats minor issue compare to all the rest that this hotel can provide.

I've been to many places in Bansko, but the Regnum hotel had one of the best rooms so far. The spa was decent, and they also mentioned they will renovate it very soon. The breakfast was also nice, but I'm not that hard to please when it comes to food. I wasn't visiting during ski season. So, do your own research about transportation and other related topics.
