Our arrival into hotel was very warmest we experienced. Hotel Mng. Mrs. Tatyana who served us was very professional with sense for our needs as we ride our Harley-Davidson through Greece all the way to hotel at once she upgraded for free our booking for suite for our rest as we must look tired and dirty from the road grime and any other person would turns away from us but she didn't she has concerns about our conditions. I loved the overall atmosphere, staff was exceptional and friendly, it’s right across from the Gondola, there’s parking. The rooms are spacious. Amazing stay.

location was excellent for skiing. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinners. Staff was very nice anc cooperative. Heating was too much throughout the hotel making it unbearable sometimes

All the staff where amazing and patient i had so many questions and they answered all of them and they even helped us find a perfect ski rental, The room was clean and warm, hot water in the shower I highly recommend it

Staff are great. Location is great. Food is great. Room is big. View is beautiful. Parking is available at the basement. The hotel is way better than many 4 star hotels in Bulgaria. Bed is old.

We had a baby cot, but the matress was extremly soft, which is very unsafe for a small baby. But we found a safe way for a baby to sleep.

Breakfast on demand was not possible the last day. Waiter was asleep.

Everything was great, the staff was very polite and helpful, the restaurant downstairs is very convenient, the room was specious. The only thing missing was cutlery in the kitchenette but we were not planning on cooking so it was not an issue.

Great location close to the ski lift and restaurants/bars. We thought we had a junior suite however, it was just a very big room with not a lot of furniture in. Bed was very low down which isn’t great for the back. Breakfast was very basic avoid the eggs after 830 as cold and seen better days! Great to have underground parking however. For a basic cheap ski holiday is passed

Was super close to the gondola, closer than the ski rental shops. We had the loft room, it was really spacious. Restaurant is fine, but not great.

Location walking distance to the gondola lift, underground parking, very nice restaurant within the hotel Spa is very small and limited options. Hotel should give some discount at the restaurant for hotel guests, not just for room service, guests will go out less to other restaurants
