Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax

During our stay, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant - they were all excellent. The spa was as expected - nice facilities, clean and inviting. The massages we had were average, not great. The staff gave us a feeling as if we were always doing something wrong, they charged us for things in the minibar we purposfully avoided, and then they acted as if they were doing us a personal favour when they removed those from the bill, and then accidantly added it to the bill again. We ran into staff members that didn't talk English and took orders from us, and when the orders came out wrong, they made faces that made us feel as if some disaster happened and it was our fault.

The water in inside pool is warm and little bit salty, it is soo pleasant. There is no outside area during this time of year. The gym is rigt next to the pool, is very good! Breakfast is very delicious!! The prices in the restaurant are too high, and it is in the down floor, next to the spa, which is not so pleasant to sit. The outside Italian restaurant is cozy and luxury as atmosphere.

Good location, ample parking. We loved walking to the main town. Eh, we didn’t love it and had lots of problems - most frustratingly with the room lock. The reception staff didn’t know how to address it (they all seemed new), and it took quite some time to resolve. The lobby was hot and overly perfumed. The rooms were a bit dark. We ended up meeting the owner who made things right and was very professional, but not sure I would return.

Very good and friendly staff. The SPA has a big pool with 35 C water, with different jets, exactly what we needed for relaxation after ski day. The breakfast was very good, tasty and quite rich, to give you energy for a ski day. A bit far from the interest locations. Local restaurants were quite expensive.

Spa Facilities are a must & breakfast comes in great variety as well. Dovizhdane!

This Hotels gives you the whole package: shuttles to the ski area(!), Spa (pools and few sauna rooms), spacious room, great breakfast, free parking, they even offered us food for the drive back to the airport. Game center for the kids. Staff speaks good english and are very helpful. The hotel is stationed a bit far - but this is wasn't a big issue thanks to the shuttles.

The pool was great, heated, and very well suited for children. The breakfast was acceptable. Poor Value for Money and Subpar Standards: The hotel absolutely does not meet five-star standards and certainly doesn't justify the high price. The customer service was poor, and we had to deal with them repeatedly; for example, it took a full hour and several failed attempts to get a mattress topper in the correct size, and the mattresses themselves were uncomfortable. Check-in Issues and "Upgrade" Deception: Right upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded, but in reality, we received a room at a lower standard than what was booked. The initial room lacked a bathtub and a kitchen as shown in the pictures. A matching room was only found after we adamantly refused to move floors with all our luggage. Technical and Operational Failures: We experienced frequent power outages during our stay. Problematic Children's Activities: The children's craft activity was scheduled for a strange time (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and also required an extra fee.

The hotel is beautiful! Very clean and everything is new. Everyone is very, very kind and nice. The spa is ideal for relaxation and I recommend a massage. Good internet. The food is also delicious ? I would come back here again.

There aren't many dining options near the hotel besides the hotel restaurants, which are good but expensive. The staff didn't know to advise regarding trails and attractions in the area

The A/C could be better, the mattress was really bad.
