Nice hotel with good SPA and free parking Internet is horrible, works for 2 minutes and than stops. During our stay there was some problem with hot water.

Spa center offers a variety of services. The room is not spacious and has a minimalistic setting but is very clean. The shower floor was not leveled properly and doesn't drain well. TV had no signal - reported at check out.

Location is good, spa was working although we didnt manage to make use of it. It was very hot in the room without any fan or aircon, the neighbours were loud, and the furniture seems very old and outdated. You could open the window but either had street noise or the other hotel guests that drank late into the night being loud. In general the building has a strange layout. It wasnt clear who is the staff as they didnt have uniform or name tag.

Perfect place for our weekend with the kid. I am excited to come back in the winter when we can enjoy the snow and the skiing in the best winter place on the Balkans! Really recommend it! Bansko is empty during the summer season

It was super clean the spa and sauna was amazing and super cheap for treatments The free shuttle up to the Gondola is super handy too.

The staff were indifferent and not giving enough effort to make u feel welcomed. The dinner was included in our booking but no drinks were served (only in the morning), not even water. U had to pay for your drink. A billiard table was in the looby which was nice, but guess what u had to pay for every single game u play.

clean and close to ski resorts The lady at the reception didn't give me the gold room I rented, she gave me a silver room. :( After 1 hour she was convinced and gave me a gold room.

The rooms are very worn, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the furniture is old. It hasn't been renovated in a long time. The toilet wall is semi-transparent, and everything is very old. The wellness area is not clean. During our stay, there was a group of teenagers (40-50 of them), and the staff did not attempt to resolve the situation, as they were having parties in multiple rooms until 5 a.m. We will definitely avoid this hotel next time. We do not recommend it for families.
