Great value for money.

EXCELLENT BREAKFAST NOTHING EVERYTHING MET MY NEEDS

The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxed--like staying in a family home away from home. The location is very convenient to Pirin St. with its many restaurants/cafes/shops, and a reasonable 15 or so minute walk from the gondola, for those inclined. However, the included shuttle service (and its friendly and accommodating driver) was a wonderful option to get to and from the gondola (3 times) each morning and afternoon. The included breakfast was great to have before full days of skiing, with plenty of options, along with a welcoming fire in the hearth to wake up beside. But most of all, Dafi created a calm and welcoming hospitality each day to wake up to and return to each evening! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Noise sensitive travellers might not be pleased with how easily sound travels from corridors/stairs to the rooms, but the other guests during my stay were very calm and conscientious during early morning and evening hours.

The staff were very friendly and warm and there was a reliable shuttle system as advertised. During my 4 night stay there was no room service which I found very strange. The room didn’t have a bin and there was no bathroom hand soap provided, so I ended up buying a bottle myself.

The most amazing hospitality, you can see they care so much for their hotel and for their guests. Value for money also unbeatable. A really lovely handmade breakfast included beautifully presented too.

Easy access to town centre; just five minutes walk from Hotel. Friendly staff.

The property was well appointed and in excellent condition. The dining area was very nice and we enjoyed the winter garden. We had a room with three twin beds. We had everything we needed but it was a bit small. It was close the town center.

Awesome boutique hotel, close to downtown, has it's own parking. Everything amazing. Only thing no A/C and no separate shower.

Breakfast was rich and tasty. We stayed only one night but, here you can fully enjoy that relaxing peace and quiet away from the everyday noise. I would recommend this place. Thank you! Everything was good.

The room was spacious, breakfast was all good and the sauna on point. The personal is very helpful and they are willing to help you with everything. Is a bit far from gondola (20 min walk) but they have free shuttle services every other hour. (It’s not a minus but is worth to mention)

The reason why I give 4 points it’s the friendly, kind and sincere bus driver. He’s a professional and doing his work well. You should really keep him if you want people coming back. Toilet and shower in one space . I don’t mean that it’s combined bath, I mean that you’re taking shower just next to the toilet and it’s not convenient at all. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded with water. How do you supposed to go in there if here’s more than one person staying or need to use a bathroom after? Poor professionalism of the stuff The hotel clearly mentioned English speaking stuff on their profile, but they barely could communicate with us, which led to the very bad situation. Situation: in the morning I came up to the receptionist (short blond hair, glasses, sorry I’ve forgotten her name) and asked “can I book the sauna”? She replied yes, for what time? I’ve said 6 or maybe 7, and she insistent on certain time, so I decided at 6. She asked what room we’re staying in and confirmed my request. Later on, I double checked another receptionist if she knows about my booking and she confirmed it too, so we went to the sauna and found out another guest in there ?? I said to the poor girl that it’s our time now because we’ve booked it and she’s left disappointed. After that we decided to triple check our time on sauna, because it all felt unright and after that the receptionist said “ the sauna is free, you can stay there as long as you want” ?‍♀️ Are you serious?? When we were checking in no one mentioned that, only pointed on prices on spa facilities. And WHY when I was asking to BOOK the sauna the receptionist didn’t mentioned that and agreeing on time with me?? Poor, not fresh breakfast Frequently, I have to admit that there’s only one person taking care of breakfast and managing administration work ( which I believe the fault of the hotel directly ), but There’re not enough tables for guests to sit and have a peaceful breakfast. I’ve seen situation when tables were dirty after previous guests and no stuff around to prepare it for new ones, so GUESTS had to clean it to eat.

All staff were very friendly. Especially Dana helped us with our special requests. Hotel is very preferable because of its price/performance rate. Room has coffee machine and kettle with coffee capsules and tea. There was shuttle 8 to 10 am and 4 to 5 pm. Breakfast was very nice and also we had warm place to put our ski equipments. Me and my family will stay again?

The hotel is located in a very nice place near the central promenade. It has its own parking lot, which I really liked, because you don't have to worry about your car while you're on vacation. Special praise for the food and the hotel's own transport to the gondola and great respect for the driver who is above all a great man! I have no complaints.
