Room was spacious, great location, thanks to the driver who was very nice everyday. The day staff were amazing, very helpful. Room was not very clean, stains on roof and walls, bed was very uncomfortable. Pool area was very dirty, has not been pressure washed in forever, dust and grime all over the place. Someone needs to clean this asap One very bad staff however, Miserable middle aged dark skin man without glasses who did not want to help at all, simply sat there saying that he cant speak english and was compeletly useless.

Hosts and staf were wery friendly and acomodating. They helped me with unplaned early checked in. They had understanding when booking canceled my payment. Always supportive! Room was specious, breakfast rich, transport to gondola well organised There are not much time between brekfast start and first shuttle to gondola

Location was Great, free parking, 5 minutes with car to Gondola also have free ride every 30minutes, spa and pool where also fine.

Helpful friendly staff, big pool and a good sauna. Every day a shuttle service taking us to the gondola station. Good mattress in the bed and a well cleaned bathroom. Our balcony was facing north, so not much sun to enjoy there, but that is not a thing to lower the rating for us

A cozy hotel right in the center of Bansko. We had an amazing stay there. I really enjoyed the warm pool and the spa center. The staff was super nice, the man on the reception was very kind to us. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. This is such a good value for your money, can’t recommend more!
