Excellent overall experience! The hotel is very clean and warm. The breakfast is on buffet and is homemade. Great location - walking distance to both the center and ski lift.

The breakfast was Okay, but there aren't much choice We took messonet because we travel with 2 kids. They didn't have bed for kids under 3. So we had to took our from home. That was Okay, but I learn about that after we pay for the stay There isn't hot water during the day, only at night! That was a big minus with two kids.... The location is good though

Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home. Everything was perfect.

Good value for the price, spacious rooms, beautiful landscapes, nice staff, not very reach but good breakfast. The owner allowed me to park in the courtyard. no elevator(it's hard to climb to the 3rd floor with lugages), no mosquito nets, payment by card not possible

Very nice host. The hotel is quite simple but totally do the job. I had a nice room with a view on the mountain. It is not so far away from the centre. At the breakfast you have toasts and crepes.

Everything was perfect. Great location, free parking, spacious, clean apartment, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. We will gladly stay here again when in Bansko.
