The staff, the location The size of the room, but we rezerve a budget room so we know that will be small

Great location downtown Bansko. We were forced to pay upon checkin. Not a deal breaker, but hardly a common experience. After a long trip the last we wanted to do was deal with payments and paperwork upon arrival. Very weird.

Nice location, in the center of the town, near the best restaurants. The reception was not occupied, there were no staff, we had to look for someone to open and check us in. The room was small but cosy, except that the bed sheets were stained and the bathroom was not well cleaned. We tried to look for someone to ask to change them and couldn’t find a single person from the staff.

Maybe not the best option for a family with small children since there isn't any restaurant or cafe at the hotel. There are, however, options nearby. No elevator. The access to the rooms is by stairs and I couldn't bring the baby carrier to the room.

Central location in Bansko, straight on the main square. Modern facility with cool and helpful people No breakfast and no room service. Dry atmosphere

The accomodation is a value for money. It was clean. A nice and helpful hosting. It is a little bit too far from Gondola, but still can be done by foot - you will pass through the main touristic street of Bansko(Pirin). Our room was a little bit small, but clean. It is a liitle bit difficult to find a hairdryer. There is no option for breakfast. It will be good to have a room service for breakfast, otherwise it is a little bit hard to find something to eat and drink a coffe in Bansko - most of the locations are open after 11 AM.

Clean and central location. Very small room and bathroom, no shower cabin, just one towel per person beside the hands towel, no feet towel so your feet are wet because of the wet floor when you get out of the bathroom. Parking is in front of the hotel, but you need to be lucky to find a spot.

The staff were amazing, young, friendly, positive and helpful. It was very loud ( we asked to be in a quiet part of the property, they put us next to a group of family with kids). The rooms are very small, and they don’t have hairdryer in the room, which was very uncomfortable ( we were skiing all day and we were wet so I really wanted to dry well my hair as it was cold outside , didn’t wanted to get sick).I was very disappointed from the cleaning, we can see they were coming to our room when we weren’t there , but they did not leave us clean towels and did not chance our sheet not even once for our whole stay period even though they could see our sheets were needed change. They did not vacuum clean the room only left us toilet paper. I do not think we will go again there it was quite expensive for the location ( old town everything was closed and far away from the ski lift). I was very tired after few days skiing and not able to sleep due to lout guests, I complained to t staff and they told me to bring next time ear blocks what an answer is this… no words.

Good beds, when window closed completely silent room, fully closable curtains, nice view. Excellent location right in the centre. Good shower. Very clean hotel, nicely decorated and nice interior. Very friendly staff! Speaks good English. Nice building. Would be handy if shower is seperated from toilet. Everything gets wet. Also hooks for towels would be handy. Facility for breakfast could be added.
