Breakfast was ok, but not awesome. The hotel is good looking and clean. Overall a good experience but not a 4 star one. I would say 3 stars were enough. The mattress was very firm, I didn't sleep good on it.

Small spa for lot of people (the swimming pool and the jacuzzi). Would be better if there was one more indoor or outdoor pool.

The hygiene of the pool and jacuzee was bad. Small pool for number of guests.

Very nice facilities with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor pool. The rooms were also very nice and cozy and well heated, it's around 20 minutes walk a bit uphill to the Gondola but there is a free shuttle a few times in the morning and in the afternoon back. The staff were not great, some receptionists were nice but the driver of the shuttle bus is a very miserable and rude person, would rather walk. We also had to change rooms because the bath was leaking but they changed the room quickly for us no problem. Overall some of the receptionists and the driver need to be nicer to the guests but apart from that it's a great hotel and a great value for money.

Polite staff, cheap prices at the hotel bar. The breakfast was mediocre with low quality products. The pool was not hot and the hamam was out of use. Our room had a constant noise, like it was next to the boiler. The first day our room was boiling hot, like we had to open the windows because it was unbearable. The two out the three nights we stayed there the was no hot water, not even lukewarm, it was ice cold(but that kind of fixed the temperature in the room).

when we go in room it was cold. central heating was not working and HVAC was not work in one of rooms. So I ask reception and they provide heater. to worm up both rooms take 24 hours and after that was OK. also water in swimming pool was cold during day room temperature, also water in swimming pool was cold during day

The food was tasty. The spa was cozy and relaxing. The water in the pool and in the jacuzzi was cold The dinner was served without anything to drink, water or juice.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection of food options that changed every day. The hotel has a shuttle to the main gondola, which runs every 30 minutes. The ski rental in the hotel was super convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out the spa and swimming pool areas. The breakfast could have been a bit earlier, so that we could catch the first shuttle to the gondola.

The hotel offered Christmas dinner that was good. Rooms radiator does not working and they gave me an electric warmer. House keeping has threw out some of my thing and hotel didnt take a responsibility about it. After speaking with reception about it he said at he dont know anything. Water was not warm and the room was cold. Breakfast was also served cold that was not good.

Location, room size, and hotel location. We like the breakfast and hotel facility the most. It's not big deal, but our bathroom door was locking completely, so we needed stuff to open it (as I mentioned not big issue, but still can be uncomfortable)

Fitness is simply nonexistent, 1 gladiator, 1 bike and few light dumbbells. The Finnish sauna was in repairs and the relax zone was small, wet beds and permanent condensation. The pool was heavily chlorinated
