Hotel Pirin

Pleasant two-night stay. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent location close to the park and city square. The food was generally very good. Would recommend.

The ratio quality versus price was good! The staff was friendly, the food was good! The shuttle bus for the ski was small and some people waited a long time to be picked from the base of the slopes!

Location is quite good, quiet, short walk to the old town, where are the good taverns. Pool is really big and spa facilities are quite nice. Shuttle to the gondola available on call and not with fixed schedule, which is really convenient. Ski wardrobe has heated racks so your boots will be drying fast (really cool feature). Staff is very friendly and cleanliness is really good. The rooms are quite outdated (early 2000s) and worn out. Some refurbishing would make the hotel top rated.

Very beautiful hotel, classic in aesthetics, with a very beautiful and warm lounge, a very large and bright swimming pool and above all, kind and hospitable staff. Especially Nicoleta at the reception, besides being a very experienced and capable professional, is interested in the visitor as if she had known him for years and does everything to please him. She is a great asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, because we were there during the off-season, the restaurant options were limited. What we ate was delicious, but the choices were relatively limited.

Twin beds, hard to keep the mattresses together.

The sauna is small and the spa is very crowded. The key stopped working and it took like 10 min till someone got to reception around 10pm.

The restroom is pretty old and dark.Located little far to the cabin.

The rooms were clean, service was good and staff very friendly and willing to help us at anytime. The dinner was diverse, changing every evening. The breakfast was sufficient with many options everyday. The shuttle car which could bring us to / from the ski slope was free of charge and very helpful, especially when it rained. The bed was uncomfortable, we asked for a double bed but we got just 2 beds put one next to each other, and my bed had a very used mattres, because there was a hole in the middle, due to heavy usage. The hotel and the room could use some overall maintenance / improvements for a 4-star hotel (e.g.: the bathroom door was not closing, the walls were a bit dirty, the spa area could use some improvements) and we wanted to turn down the sauna from 90° to at least 80°, but was not possible.

Location is excellent! Warm and clean room! Shower cabin was old, dirty and moldy Front desk dont answer the phone left for contact information. I left my golden necklace in the room and I can't get a hold of them to see if anyone found it. Sauna felt hotter than any other sauna I visited in my life. This is the reason I took off my necklace, it burned by upper chest.

The staff was very polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to interact with them. The amenities are old-fashioned and worn out. What was especially uncomfortable was the bed and the pillows. The bed was leaning towards the head and somehow made my back hurt. After two nights spent at the hotel room 412 my back still hurts

Pool was great, staff were nice and helpful, rooms are cleaned every day, and they change towels every day also. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Hotel offers transport to the gondola. Private parking on site. Overall good for value.

Very warm and clean. Lovely pool and gym. Great choice for breakfast. The breakfast didn’t start until 7.30 which is too late for morning ski. Only 1 coffee machine with very large queue
