Location was good and away from the main strip but close enough. Tried to charge me for the mini bar when I didn’t take anything. Ski room is tiny and no individual lockers.

The location is great. Walking distance to gondola lift. We had an upgrade of our room. A big thanks!The staff has been very polite. Room for improvement for the clean up of the room

The location of the hotel is veeery good. The room is nice and was clean. We have a very good view. The food wasn't bad, nothing special. The staff! When we walked in one of the staff members told us that he can't stay here anymore and leaving after a few days. He told us the hotel was full with jews that smell very bad( we didn't encounter bad smell). On morning while we were having breakfast on of the staff girls was picking our dishes and complained about the "other" people and dirty they were. The worst part was on morning we woken up by the cleaner on the floor at 8 a clock because they having very loud conversation. We told them that we couldn't sleep so they started whispering but than throughout the day they continued to talk very loud. Our room right next to the staff room. During one of our breakfasts the started started to take out the food because it was time. One of the staff members asked tge girl that was picking up the food to wait more 10 minutes because there are still people that want to get food. So she started screming to him that she doesn't care and the time is up. The pool wasn't cleaning for I don't know how much time. The floor of it was sliperry so we stayed for 5 minutes and just left. When we went to the staff we were given towel that was very dirty. Also while we were in our room we heard a conversation between two staff members that the bed on the 4th floor has fallen again, whatever that means. Nothing in this hotel is screaming 5 stars except the price. The price is waaay to much for we've got here. It's overpriced and we pay for this very expensive hotel and we didn't even get free parking. For 3 nights we had to pay more 60lv for parking and "tourists expenses".

Huge apartment with comfortable beds, large windows and nice view. Having two bathrooms was an unexpected surprise. The spa is small, but just enough, bathrobe and towels are provided. The food was ok, dinner was quite varied. All in all, we had a great time. Despite being a luxurious apartment at first sight, you soon start to notice the small annoying details: - There's no place to hang your coats or sit down in the hall. - Lighting is poor, not suitable for boardgames or finding something in your luggage in the evening. - The modern and large kitchen furniture hides a tiny fridge and an even tinier garbage bin, some glasses and that's it. No cutlery, no plates, no bowls, no pots. I wonder what the electric stove is for. - Again, no hangers or shelves in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder is impossible to reach sitting on the toilet. Water finds its way to the floor while showering. - No drinks are included in the dinner, not even water. You need to buy it separately. (You get champagne for breakfast, though...)

The room was very spacious and clean. It was very close to the gondola. The staff was polite. Big breakfast buffet. The pool and spa were loud, with lots of children yelling, slippery floors and not really a spa atmosphere. The staff's English level was not very good. The buffet wasn't refilled often enough - an hour before breakfast was supposed to end.

It's a nice hotel but not a five srat as advertised. Staff was nice but not super Professional. Good breakfast, nice warm pool and sauna. Jacuzzi is extra charge. Overall it's a very good choice near the Gongola (5 min walk) but not very indulging like in a real 5 stars hotel.

Near to the ski slopes, big apartment, Good massage ( for extra payment) Despite of declaring themselves as a 5star hotel, the jacuzzi was for additional payment, it was not a big variety of food to choose from, especially at the breakfast.
