Pirina Club Hotel

Good location, acceptable breakfast Not clean, nothing is properly working, beads and pillows are dirty, hairs on the bed, not comfortable beds and I could not sleep decently

Cheap and in the 10 minute walk to the gondola ? Staff are really nice Was dusty and I had to ask every day to change the towels because they didn't change it But accept of that was amazing

Deana is a lovely host and was very attentive. There were a few small issues when I first got to the room, and she and her husband immediately fixed them. Easy to communicate and an ideal space for a longer stay. Of note, I booked the room for almost a month, and budget and location to the gondola were my priorities. Pirina Club checked both of those boxes and the feel is definitely Family Hotel/Airbnb. It is about a 10-minute walk to the ski area and anything you need in town is closer than that. The room was comfortable and the in-room washing machine was very useful!

The location was good. Breakfast should be served earlier There should be at least an electric jug in the room. The room for the ski boots and the skies should be opened at any time or at least the guests should have access to it at any time. It was locked and we could not used it

The hotel is good value for the price, the breakfast was excellent, different varieties of food were available every morning. The location is 10 min walk from the old town and ski lift. The owners of the hotel were friendly and very approachable. I was satisfied with the stay ?

Located merely a 15-minute walk from both the heart of Bansko and the gondola, offers an unbeatable combination of price and quality. The rooms, comfortably sized, provide spectacular views that promise to make your stay memorable. Additionally, the staff's friendliness stands out remarkably, adding a personal touch to the high level of service that makes guests feel genuinely appreciated and well-cared-for. However, it's worth noting a minor drawback concerning the room's sound insulation. The walls seemed a bit thin, allowing noise from late-returning guests to be easily heard. This disturbance, although infrequent, might affect light sleepers more significantly. It's important to mention that this issue does not reflect on the dedication and effort of the hotel's owners, who clearly strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for all their guests.

This was a traditional Bulgarian Hotel, simple yet effective I wish there was more options at breakfast, and a personal preference to have Halal options and/or more vegetarian options

The couple that own the hotel are very friendly and went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable Not the the best view from our balcony but out of the owners control as it is the neighbours gardens that are very messy. NIce to be able to see the mountains though
