Great location, walking distance to the town and ocean. Quiet and quaint.

Super great to have coffee, tea, water and ice available 24/7. Beside a boutique liquor store and steps away from town. Quiet space to reset just off the strip. We were able to get checked in a bit early and the free parking was incredibly convenient. Cadillac room was a bit tight quarters but charming and comfortable for our needs. Breakfast was on time and delicious! Staff was friendly and properly is very well maintained. Only down sides might be slightly outdated showers/sinks and some marks on bed sheets. Would stay here again 100 times over.

Coffee & tea always available in the Office Lobby even if you are staying in the Motel vs the B&B. Parking is in private lot (not on the street). Convenient location to Main Street & Downtown Bar Harbor (can walk most places so no need to find parking).

Location, convenience and outdoor seating on lawn Coffee was average and the powdered cream was awful. But the main lobby had better creamer so we walked over there to get it.

Very short walk to shopping & restaurants in Bar Harbor but location not directly on the busy Main Street. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Highly recommend!

Location I had requested and partially paid for a room in the Inn but when I arrived I was put into the motel and paid more than what it cost to stay in the Inn for far less quality.

The room was tiny, but it was still very functional. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was great. The location was great with parking always available. I would highly recommend the property.
