Location and setting.

Rooms were a little warm. Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Also would have liked blackout curtains so could block out the light

The location, food, view, staff, and wine were AMAZING! Nothing we “didn’t like,” but if we have to point something out, probably the lack of wheel chair access or elevator. This could be a pain point for some, or, if you have heavy luggage, be a bit of a struggle.

Exceptional value, very comfortable, great food and extensive wine list, staff is extremely pleasant and attentive Nothing.

Style and staff Wifi was not great

First class breakfast with extra coffee offered and a very helpful waitress. Several of the staff spoke good English but patiently listened to our attempts to speak Italian. The evening dinner menu had a good choice of dishes, all of which were good value for money. The telephone number on our booking documents was not answering. There was no-one to greet us when we arrived and no way to get in touch as the gate was locked. We had to rely on the next door neighbour to contact an employee, who finally came to let us in....all rather stressful after an 8 hour journey to get there. The name of the street 'Strada della statione' appeared nowhere that we could find, and no-one seemed to have heard of it. It took us nearly an hour to find the hotel once we arrived in Barbaresco. We suggest Booking.com could have provided a map of Barbaresco, with the street and the hotel clearly marked.

Not just exceptional service but staff makes you feel like it's your home. Thank you Bruna for keeping our room clean and organized. Most of all your smile and making the best coffee for us each morning makes our day more delightful. I miss my Illy's cappuccino already. You know we will be back! Hard for me to think of any.

Everything is perfect. Especially food is amazing.

No Wifi in the rooms. Had to work and couldn't. no parking as it was occupied with restaurant guests.

High standard and fantastic bathrooms. Restaurant wad great and the breakfast haf everything you ever need. Parking just outside.
