La Spa è aperta e accompagna le altre 3 stagioni: le sensazioni e i colori dell'autunno, la lentezza e il torpore dell'inverno e il risveglio della primavera. Per dare agli ospiti modo di abbinare le stagioni più fresche con una coccola di benessere. Le camere dispongono di WiFi gratuito, TV LCD con canali satellitari, mini-bar e mobili in stile classico. Alcune stanze si affacciano sulle colline di Barbaresco. La colazione a buffet per chi soggiorna è servita nella hall dell'hotel, con vista panoramica sulle vigne e terrazza esterna durante la bella stagione. Il buffet spazia dalla frutta fresca a prodotti dolci e salati, con proposte di formaggi e salumi del territorio. Il ristorante interno al complesso ha una gestione separata rispetto all'albergo. The room was quite basic. It would also be very helpful to have an iron available in the room, especially for travelers who need to prepare their clothes. In addition, I would appreciate an earlier breakfast service than 8:00 a.m., or at least the option to get a cup of coffee before breakfast begins.

The location in Barbaresco is great and the view can't be beat. We especially like the fact that the Visione Restaurant (Michelin star) was right next door. Our room was a little shabby, lightbulbs were missing, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, breakfast was great, the location is fantastic. The hills of Barbaresco are on full display here. In particular, Mersa (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) made us feel as if we were part of the family.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Barbara was the best! The room was quite spacious and had a gorgeous view. The breakfast was a great spread! I would definitely come back. Everything was great!
