Comfortable beds, air conditioner was great, great staff and people on reception, coffee machine at the entrance. No hot water, every time we showered the water was really cold, you can’t open windows - there was lack of fresh air in room so it was uncomfortable, especially during night, lack of space for your belongings so we needed to keep our stuff (clothes, bathroom accessories) on the floor, very loud noises from the hall while guests were closing the doors or while talking in front of the room.

I liked the convenient location, right next to the metro, just 100 meters away. There’s a Fresh laundromat 9 minutes away, and Lidl is another 4 minutes from there. There’s also a large shopping centre right across the street from the hotel. There was no refrigerator, so there was nowhere to store food. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom/toilet. There was no desk. The bedroom and shower area were separated by a thin glass door, and whenever you do anything in the bathroom, you can hear everything in the bedroom very clearly.

Kind staff, central location with all the public transport stations nearby The check-in process could be improved; maybe with a more advanced screen or sending in advance the form the customer has to fill. This has nothing to do with the employees at the counter.
