Family rooms really good set up and good location for exploring city and not far from airport Pool only open 12-9pm and is quite small and popular place for people to smoke

We had excellent stay and we really enjoyed the pool facility. We have ordered taxi for next day to get to the port but unfortunately the taxi has not arrived on time and we had to find our own taxi services which actually worked out better as price was much cheaper then what the hotel quoted.

Das Bett super bequem. The cleaners wow❤️ our room was always clean. I felt very safe. Breakfast was good we even had Breakfast packed because we had to leave early. Everything was fine

Nice big room for family with 2 kids Big shopping mall nearby Strange emails and messages requesting prepayment via an odd link..messages looked like a scam, but maybe thats how the hotel does it. 10 min walk to the metro thru a rough looking area

The early check-out after 3.5 hours of check-in. The single reason I chose this hotel was the promise to make an effort for an early check-in. In reality we arrived early as planned to the hotel only to find out that none of the three rooms I booked is ready and will not be soon. We arrived at 9:30 only to receive one room at 12pm and the other two on 15:00! A party of 10 people, sitting in the hotels lobby. When we finally got our room it had a bad mold odur in it.

Hotel itself was lovely, clean, modern and the rooftop pool/bar was excellent. The barman running the rooftop bar was very friendly and helpful, made the experience of using the facilities even more satisfactory Check in was a joke. Over 45 mins to check in with 3 members of staff working. Taking their time and wandering off every so often. When finally checked the clerk seemed very disinterested with wait times etc Plus ac in the room was very poor, could barely feel it even on its highest setting

Breakfast had a great variety, all staff friendly, especially the terrace bar A good bit outside of the centre, buses handy enough, the pool was very small for the amount of people there also didn't look to be cleaned at all sand in it all week, check in was the worst experience, ques non stop as our room wasn't prepared in check in time we were exhausted from travelling and had to que 3 times before getting our room keys. Drinks and food were so expensive compared to restaurants surrounding it, we ate and drank down the road for half the price

Modern rooms, comfy beds and good pool area. Aircon throughout hotel and rooms poor. Checkin was slow and took three attempts. Couldn’t check in until 4:30.. room small for three people.
