I’ve stayed in hostels in many countries across Europe. This was by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Instead of soap, there are just containers filled with water in the bathrooms. How can there be no soap in a shared bathroom??? The bathrooms are cleaned, and then no one ever goes back in. The toilet paper that ran out in the afternoon had been restocked by morning. Areas used by so many people should be checked several times a day. The bathrooms are incredibly dirty. When you take a shower, the water doesn’t drain, and you end up showering in the standing water. I had a really hard time during my stay and felt very dirty. The staff are helpful, but I would never recommend this place because of these issues.

The room was clean and the check-in was very smooth. The staff was helpful and friendly. I really liked the joined dinner and the pub crawl in the evening - as a solo traveller you can quickly make friends

The staff is super warm and friendly, the vibe of the place is great, and the food is really good too. They charged extra for taxes, so it would be better if that was included beforehand.

All good

The apartments are very small, especially the rooms and bathrooms.
-
Great location, pretty good staff Very thin walls, rooms for 8 people were extremely tiny
-
Waiting for quite a long time in the morning before entering
-
They are lazy and rude.

I stayed there a month and the place is very nice, big kitchen and place to seat, nice staff and good general atmosphere. Very central hostel, they make events and organize activities too. Beds without curtains
-
Location and facilities Only 2 toilet rooms for men.
-
Poor facilities. Extremely uncomfortable beds.

I had a great stay at Sant Jordi Hostel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always helpful when needed. I also met some incredible people which made my stay memorable. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily recommend it. Nothing

Breakfast was good, just basic, but enough. Keep in mind that teenagers may go to sleep very much after midnight, and be not so quite, I would even say, be noisy. :)

Unlike my previous hostel experiences, Saint Jordi truly felt more like a high-quality hotel than a hostel. With its well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness, organization, the warmth of the staff, and the activities they organize, it offered an experience far beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona, as its location and easy access to transportation definitely help you make the most of your time in the city. The only thing I could mention is that the terrace could stay open a bit longer at night. For smokers, having to go down to the main entrance every time can sometimes be tiring. Other than that, there isn’t the slightest negative aspect.

They provide shampoo and body wash in the shower. Metro station is two blocks away. Also there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. They offer breakfast buffet. I looked good and had plenty options (picture attached). We preferred to cook. Their kitchen is very well equipped, they have lots of pots, cutlery, cups and dishes. Also, they have plenty space to keep your food either in a pantry or in the fridge. Something that I loved and I'd never seen in another hostel is that they have a pantry and a fridge with food and ingredients other guests left and were not able to consume and are still good to eat like salt, coffee, oil, butter, spices, condiments. Even fruit, milk, bread, and some meats. I loved that system! It seems they don't clean everyday the room (when there are 10 people, room gets dirty quickly)
