The location No staff to deliver room service, and no toilet paper, neither to replace the room or in common areas in hotel.

I liked the location outside atmosphere, and gym facilities although I did not use it Although I take personal responsibility on not fully deep researching the hotel. i booked a last minute trip to Barcelona for business for 3 nights and liked the idea "adult only" assuming it would be a nice quiet hotel for working, I browsed through the photos liked the atmosphere roof top bar and the fact it had an awesome gym facilities. When I checked in I was planning to have dinner and hang out with some business clients at the rooftop bar, only to find out it was a gay hotel after having some awkward and uncomfortable interactions with some random guest. I then later found the hotel provided condoms in the room and check out their website which featured naked men, I did not feel comfortable staying there and left that same night. I talked with the friendly guy at the front desk and he said he would put a request for an exception for a refund for me. I also requested it through booking.com and privately emailed the hotel that same night about the situation, which I was ghosted and didn't get a response at all. When I was in the elevator I also ran into a Russian family with teenagers who also seemed confused and also didn't know. which makes me assume it must happen more often then not, I understand this hotel was a niche type of hotel and I selected the non refundable booking as I was on the way to Barcelona in a few hours, but I feel it is wrong that I fully paid for 3 nights without staying at all.

Front desk is great. Carlos is fantastic! Watched him during the rush of a check in, managing different languages and personalities. He did it with patience, kindness, humor and a smile. Great views! Great AC. Great shower. Sky bar was fun with solid drinks, nice outdoor space. Pool was surprisingly small for a big hotel but it was refreshing. I liked it. Unfortunately there isn’t much seating near the pool…more seating around the bend but away from pool. Location location location…perfect…so much to eat, drink, shop within blocks. Metro is super close, taxis are easy to catch out front, but of course walking is best option to see and feel the city. Spa is excellent. Unfortunately at times a lot of women and a lot of loud talking. And I love both, just prefer my spa visit in a gay hotel to be quiet and relaxing. Spa massage was good but definitely too much oil.

Location, roof top, service from front desk Nothing

There were no hand towels, only large bath towels. There was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules to use with it so it was pointless. The cleaning staff are available only up to 3pm. if you take a siesta -- hello, Spain! -- no one will clean the room or provide fresh linens.

The location and staff were great. I went to the pool and was told there were no more towels and that I would have to go back and a towel from the room.

My third stay and the best. Service generally is great. The breakfast buffet is a good value (the best coffee in spain for three weeks) Location is awesome Walking distance to the world Some areas are less updated, but that shows they are working on things

It's a 7-minute walk from the metro. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable.
-
The facilities need some work and updating, they are starting to look old
-
Location and staff The hotel room is not a 4 star hotel at all room are a bit dated and the toilet is super small. Breakfast quality isn’t good at all .
-
The room could be a little bigger, and have at least a small table with chairs to seat.
-
Great location. Lobby looks nice, and photos are misleading Room was terrible, ac didn’t work. Bed was too small. Washroom sink didn’t drain. Washroom floor gets soaked. Terrible design

Breakfast was great - wide selection all very good. Front desk was always very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Only issue was noise outside the windows few night. Our room was right over the front entrance and it was very noisy. Too noisy
