very normal experience centrally located .busy street no parking you right on the street . we were on the second floor where its noisy. Little space in the rooms.

Great for the price

Walking proximity to restaurants, market, sight seeing. Some of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was small, no mini fridge, mold inside the shower on the grout of tile, mold at the bottom of the shower on the outside. Hooks for towels/clothes were broken. Toilet paper holder, broken. Buttons to flush toilet were broken and wall was cracked around it.

Beautiful hotel with lovely social places, but the best was the staff. Not so close to the main plaza of Barcelona or the Rambla. Breakfast expensive for the poor variety.

It’s in an exceptional location. The neighborhood is at the best location in Exiample. The room was too basic for the price.

The room we stayed in the first night had bad smell but the staff changed for us immediately, the new one was perfect.

Location of the hotel is good. Staff is friendly. They gave me a room right across their luggage closet on the entrance floor and it was quite noisy. I later learned that the price I paid to the hotel through booking.com was almost twice the amount they charged on the day I left the place. I'd have expected them to at least match the price for the situation. It wasn't a good hotel for that price. Because of these, I don't think I'll stay there again.

Loved the location and terrace. Workers are extremely nice and helpful Rooms are tiny!! We had a baby and a crib, so it was really hard to move around, forget about opening a luggage

Horrible customer service. Front desk staffs were so rude. Not helpful. Bad attitude. Never again for me.

We stayed at your hotel in July of 2022 and enjoyed it so much that we booked again this year. It is very conveniently located and the front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. We like the decor and the cozy rooms and the room rates are very affordable! The only thing that might have made our stay better is if we had had a different room with slightly more space. On our previous visit we had a room facing the main boulevard; this one was at the back of the hotel and seemed a bit cramped for two people with a large amount of luggage (since we were coming off a trans-Atlantic cruise). Nonetheless, we slept well.

Just a very clean and efficient hotel in the perfect location. We loved the wine theme and the overall classiness of the place. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly. Wine bar was a very nice bonus. Our room was in the back of the hotel and was very quiet except for construction early morning which was not in anyway the fault of the hotel. City life is like that. We know Barcelona well and this location always feels safe and is surrounded by fabulous restaurants. The room was very very small. There was not even a chair to sit on or a stand to put luggage. Even if we were two people with suitcases of cabin sizes, the room was filled with the bed à(that was comfortable) and our luggage was on the floor. When open, it covered the entire room. Two small drawers and a few hangers, does not cut it. This was unfortunate.

It’s in a good location , very accessible, clean and tidy rooms, practical, staff are nice. Near the metro . Bus stop in front of the hotel Breakfast is average. The walls are quite thin and you can hear noises from other rooms

Location is excellent - you can walk to Casa Mila or Sagrada Familia and it is a vibrant neighborhood. The street facing rooms are a bit noisy but the staff provided information about the rooms and gave me the option. I wanted to experience the vibrancy of the city and loved my little balcony. The room was spotless, sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. It was a small room but more than enough for one person. Breakfast was good, the staff was warm and welcoming. If I stayed longer it'd be nice to have a refrigerator and a desk to work but I did not need any of those for this trip.

Great location and wonderful and friendly staff - Alya, Alex Brandy & Celia (front desk and house cleaning staff very good and so very helpful in all we asked for. The room is very basic and small, not chair or bench or table/desk. It was clean but with 2 large suitcases etc coming off a cruise the room does get very tight - but we survived and enjoyed our stay

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my enitire stay. The rooms were were clean and well maintained. The hotel is very cozy and location is absolutely perfect with everything within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ---
