What sometimes appears to be beautiful turns out to be rotten deep down This place is only interested in taking your money! We were charged an extra 10euros for checking in after 18.00. Not only were we charged this extra 10 euros but after we left I realised that the owner had taken another 10 euros. As part of of the charges at this property you are charged a 20 euro deposit. This money will never be returned! The owner promised that the secretary would process it, but it never happened. If you want a decent breakfast I advise you to go early as nothing is replenished. I requested more but was politely declined. If you go late there is little left. There are no fruits or vegetables provided at all. If you want to leave your bags at checkout be prepared to pay another 10 euros.

A nice accommodation in superb location in central Barcelona. Comfortable beds, great shower. The room was way too small for 3 persons. With an extra bed set up leave almost no space for luggage. Breakfast was a disappointment, all food, including Spanish tortilla and sweet pastry seemed to be supermarket bought long-term preservation type.

The location was perfect. It was close to buses, restaurants and Gaudi's Casa Batlo was right around the corner. The "hotel" has a nice patio which is a great spot to drink coffee and get some fresh air. This is not a full-service hotel. The receptionist leaves at 5pm so you are out of luck if you need anything after that. We had to buy some toilet paper when we ran out. It is one floor in an apartment building. The breakfast was meager.

Location is very good, close to metro and bus station. It has a small shop downstairs with everything you need. There is no noise from the street (Barcelona is very noisy from the traffic). The breakfast is almost non existing. Only few items and the same every day. Also there are only 4 small tables in the kitchen, so it is possible that you will have to wait for one table to be free.

Incredibly well located and clean and modern. The room was set up for three of us and was a little tight. It would have been fine for two but if you are staying with more than two there is no extra room

Fabulous location!! Comfortable room and nice breakfast provided.

Very convenient location - a bit hard to find but this is easy to solve if you use google maps properly Did not know there was a roof garden until I was leaving. Very delightful space

Room and location is good. Their policy of not adjusting the advance payment with final payment was bad. I had to follow up with them for 3 days to get the initial advance returned.

everything was great the shower faucet in the bathroom was constantly dripping, and there could be a normal-sized trash can in the room

The location was fantastic, and the manager was super helpful with tourist suggestions. Be sure to eat tapas at Vinitus around the corner! It was initially hard to find as there was no signage at the street.
