Location was excellent

Terrific location, could walk to most major sites. Everything was very clean, the bed was totally comfortable and the staff was very nice. It was expensive, but everything in this area is so all in all it was worth it. The lights are on some kind of weird motion sensor, in the communal space they don't work at all early in the morning. They can shut off when you're in the room also if you aren't moving around,

Loved the location, the clean lobby and the amenities in the lobby (they provide coffee and chocolate and water!). The room itself had ample room and closet space, the mattress was firm but comfortable with a good variety of pillows. The temperature was well-regulated and I didn't feel too hot/too cold. I rested so well here! Wish there was an option to select the room with the window to the main street, but this isn't even a big deal. I also wish there was a way to only turn on the bedside lamps, but truly everything was great!

The only thing I would improve on is the cleanliness. The beds and bathroom were clean but the floor needed to be swept and mopped.

The location is convenient and close to everything. The price is a little expensive for a small room with windows that opens to a wall of the other building.

Natalia, our host, was phenomenal. She was adorable—warm and friendly. It is a small hotel, not fancy but extremely accommodating. It was aptly named. They made you feel at home, It was a bit difficult to find. It is on the second floor of the building and you had to ring a bell to gain access. Once you got in, you were given a password which allowed you to enter the building, hotel and your room.

Amazing location with lots of food options and proximity to some of the main attractions of the city. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I’m guessing the cost came from the location and that’s about it. The room reminded me a bit of a student dorm. The sheets were like sandpaper, the safe was semi-broken, the AC would shut off every time you opened a door (your room would be boiling hot every time you came home), and the shower and toilet had very little privacy (you will hear everything going on in there).
